Bright Escape Niagara – Pet Friendly, Backyard & 5 Min Driving to the Falls

The house is located in a quiet residential community away from the downtown core with a dedicated parking spot, but still close to core (Skylon tower is viewable from back bedrooms). The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with ample space for the two adults and 2 children on my trip. Safe sleeping space and high chair available for infant/toddler. Property surpassed my expectation in supplies, with most everything available for a fully functional kitchen and being able to prepare meals on site. The property has a large, well kept, fenced backyard (though I did not use it as I visited in Winter). The host was responsive to communication and attentive to my needs. Beds were comfortable. All people in my party agree we would like to return here.

Perfect location for our family’s Niagara Falls vacay, quiet neighborhood to walk the dog around, close to good restaurants; Flying Saucer, Country Fresh Donuts. Fenced in backyard and deck to drink morning coffee, a great respite from a night at Clifton Hill and the crowds.

Extremely clean and well appointed.

I visited with my 2 dogs and had a great stay! I felt safe in the home, and it was within 10 minutes of Niagara Falls. I especially loved how welcoming and accommodating Heiner was to my dogs, and even provided a list of dog-friendly places to visit in the area. I would highly recommend this home!!

This property deserves more than 5 stars. The owners and the property should be a model for property listings and extras as well as customer service. It all started with a few questions that I had previous to booking the property. Heiner was very prompt with his replies to my questions. After booking the property, we were sent a comprehensive list of things/happenings in the area. We found this very helpful in pre-planning the trip. The check in process was very smooth and easy with great instructions for entering the property complete with wifi password and instructions for using the grill, etc. This place is beautiful and SUPER clean. You can tell that Heiner and his wife take great pride in their property and it shows and is appreciated. This place is super pet friendly from toys and bowls for the dog along with poop bags to maintain the cleanliness of the beautiful fenced in backyard. The dogs loved the freedom to be outside leashless in the back. The deck was a great addition for relaxing with coffee in the morning. In addition to all the wonderfulness of the property, the owners babysat our 2 dogs while we did the boat tour after check out so the 3 of us could all enjoy the boat tour without one staying behind with the dogs. We greatly appreciated it as the previous day's weather was not as conducive for the boat tour. Overall, a WONDERFUL experience. We will be staying here whenever we visit the Falls with family/friends and will be highly recommending also.

The host is very responsive and provides a wonderful short term stay in Niagara Falls.The property is super clean, with plenty of available amenities. Great value.We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Niagara area.
