The Space:

Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.



While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.



The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

    I stayed for 2 night and didn’t have any WiFi the entire time I’m from dc so my service was not great and it was hard for me to use my devices for work on top of the fact they just stopped communicating with me about the WiFi so I just was SOL and couldn’t handle my business

    We flew into Denver for a few days to address a family matter. As it was not a vacation, we elected to stay in a humble home. The only issue with the unit was that the bathroom faucet handle continuously fell off every time we used it. However, what was bothersome was that although we were not in the home during the day, the manager accused us of making noise all day and night, and that we needed to be considerate of the tenants living below. Additionally that we needed to turn up the thermostat in our unit because the tenants in the below unit were cold. Our trip to Denver was to address family issues and not to manage the complex. We were happy to leave and felt that perhaps this unit should not be listed on VRBO as it appeared to be an inconvenience to the tenants living below.
