Stayed Apr 18, 2025My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the property. We are well acquainted with Seattle and were there for a week’s stay to visit family who live nearby.The neighborhood is safe and well situated for going anywhere in the Seattle area. We had a car and were always able to find a parking spot. The house was spotless and cozy. Recommend for a small group visiting the Emerald City.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Cozy home in great location! The home was well appointed with everything you might need. Beds were super comfy. Location was ideal- Central District is a city neighborhood with lots of cafes and neighborhood coffee shops and convenient to public transportation

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We were here for golf tournament at Broadmoor CC and found this location so easy. Initially thought street parking might be a challenge but with parking pass we had no issue at all! Neighborhood was cute and seemed very safe. House is quaint, very cute backyard and equipped with all the necessities! We were very comfortable here and would stay here again if need easy city access.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and was in a good location. Parking could be hard to find depending on time of day. But that’s true for all of Capitol Hill area. Having a grocery store walking distance from the house was very convenient. Also, having A/C was nice on the really warm days. The home was great for our stay and I highly recommend. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 6, 2023Enjoyed this 2bedroom bungalow with its outdoor back garden/patio and the convenience of local Safeway’s, coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Nice home-away-from-home feeling and equipped well for a short stay. Helpful welcome book for tips about the house and local amenities, too. Having the parking pass for street parking a big plus. Lovely. Would recommend.

Some charming property highlights are a round glass block skylight in dining area, covered back porch and magnetic knife board. Really nice warm, welcoming, homey touches to a fabulous property!!! We received timely, inviting and easy to understand property instructions. We beyond highly recommend!!! Beyond a 5-star stay!!! Piper & Doreen

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We were very pleased with the house and it’s location for our family visit. Short walk to many choices of coffee, bakeries and places to eat. Groceries at either end of the block. We did not need to use the kitchen much, or other amenities. Nor did we need on street parking.
