- There is no washer or dryer, but an iron and ironing board are provided.
- There is no air conditioning.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos.
- There is a bar next door that may cause occasional noise.
- The one bedroom without a balcony has an exterior access door.

Parking Details:
- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The best hotel in Cayucos! We stay here every year as a group. The rooms are lovely and luxurious with an incredible ocean view and prime location to wine bars, bars, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for a group or individual. Easy to book and has great service. We will be back!

    The appartment was great at first glance. Pro's: location, location, location. Beach, shops, and resturants all within 1 to two blocks and great view and balcony.     The property is on the second floor and is directly across the street from the sand and ocean. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, dining, and the pier. Note that one of the bathrooms within the property is located in one of the king bed rooms and is surrounded by transparent glass. That said, that particular bathroom offers no privacy for use unless the bedroom door is closed. The home is smaller than it appears in the pictures/listing and contains a galley type kitchen. It is comfortably furnished and provides an ideal beachfront location with features and amenities that rival that of nearby hotels. I highly recommend this property.

    There were a few quirky things about this place being that it is not open concept. So it felt a little closed off as a family. The location made up for it though. It was seriously the perfect location, beautiful views, and the community is absolutely amazing.

    See above commentary but add that I think the location of the unit is ideal for shopping, eating and enjoying the beach. Being so close to Morro By, San Luis Obispo and Cambria is ideal for spending a few days on the coast.

    Beautiful property and stunning view. But there are some serious design flaws in the building that really put a damper on our vacation. Guest services were non-existent; no one is on site. Every contact was automated and online.

    We loved the easy access of this unit. We had two 90 year old plus grandparents with us . Everything was super easy. The views and location could not have been better . There were many other families at the PierView Inn celebrating Cal Poly Graduations. Great Stay, good memories!

    Beautifully furnished condo. Nice master king-bed suite. Other two rooms with king beds share a too-teeny bathroom. Kitchen is ill-equipped - visitors need to bring everything down to salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, foil, saran, measuring spoons, literally everything. The town is adorable, lots of restaurants and coffee houses and shops. This suite is in the heart of it all.
