Bright & Beautiful Waterfront Cape Cod Home

Apres Sea was everything and more! We are a local nonprofit who rented for two nights as a retreat to plan our year and brainstorm together. The home provided the perfect, spacious, clean and tranquil environment for our retreat. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. Shannon was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this rental and we hope to return again in the future!

This was absolutely the most beautiful home!! We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this house was amazing!!! The Host has absolutely thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable. The beds, pillows, towels, I could go on and on! Shannon you were the best Host!! Everyone said this was their favorite house!! We can’t wait to come back!!! .

The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. For a cold, rainy weekend in April, it was nice coming in from the rain and hanging out in front of the gas fireplace. Super comfortable furniture and beds. This house is warm and inviting! Such a wonderful find, and not one thing could have been better.

Shannon made our stay at Apres Sea easy and comfortable from our initial contact to checkout. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet - just what we needed. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the bunkroom - such a fun treat to have space just her size! Thank you for hosting us! Cant wait to visit again!

The house is beautiful! Immaculately clean. Shannon was the perfect host. Check-in was a breeze. No issues during our stay. We'd be lucky to stay here again some time! We ate at Fisherman's View and also got pizza and beer at Treehouse brewery. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend.

This house is a DREAM vacation home. The design, detail and finishing inside and around the house are all high quality. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've ever used at a rental, beds comfortable, nice towels, great pillows, the list goes on and on. If you are looking for a family vacation on the Cape, THIS is the house you would want. Host was excellent communicator as well.

For those who don't know, Cape Cod is just as beautiful in the off season. We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The kitchen/living room was spacious and comfortable for gathering around the table or on the sectional couch in front of the fire. If the weather was more cooperative we definitely would have used the outdoor deck space overlooking the marsh. This is a beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at Apres Sea!!! The main floor is gorgeous with beautiful views of the tidal salt water marshlands behind the property. The setting was so peaceful and serene, and was the perfect backdrop for a long overdue get together with friends. The eat-in kitchen with adjoining dining space easily accommodated our group of 12 adults, and made for a fun game night too! We also enjoyed lounging in the living room and warming up by the gas fireplace. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all beautiful and we had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was easy and in the summer, we would have spent a lot of time in the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We also loved the third floor room- beautiful views and great spot for kids next time we come. Amazing time and looking forward to our next visit, hopefully this summer!
