The kitchen has spacious marble countertops for meal prep and a full suite of brand new appliances so you can make your culinary creations come to life. A private washer/dryer is available in this space.



The large screened-in porch offers a a cozy seating area, a dining space and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The back porch, offers two rocking chairs overlooking the manicured garden, palm trees and live oaks. The spacious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, ceiling fans, private TVs, and lots of closet space. The home is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, games, puzzles and books. Central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the interior conveniences.

    Very nice stay. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and kitchen well stocked.Just wish for an ice maker.The master bath sink drains very slowly needs some draino.The area was super quiet. Can see the fireworks from your unit almost.This unit is really well located- close to the park playground and the beach. We took our King Charles Cavelier- so nice to have a dog friendly unit.Some instructions for the TV would help us seniors. Otherwise lovely vacay!

    It felt welcoming with the lights on when we arrived. It was well furnished. Shower curtains had black mildew along the inside bottom. The queen bed bedroom was missing an electrical outlet showing a hole in the wall. The bathroom door on the right needs a door stop or something placed on the wall to protect the wall from the door handle hitting it. The light over the shower didn't work in same bathroom.
