Stayed Jan 26, 2023Robin and Bob are wonderful hosts that are available to make everything about your stay perfect. The Sunroom is small but had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We would definitely stay here or another of their properties again.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026Parking on property was easy and close to entrance. Interior is accessible, clean with kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Especially appreciated is the totally accessible shower( walk-in/wheel-in, grab bars, hand-held shower head ). Air conditioner worked great and cooled the space, ceiling fan and lighting good. Neighborhood was quiet.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026A cute, well-lit, stay. Perfect for my needs. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, and everything was easy to use. However, there were used coffee and tea grounds in the reusable pods, and a half bag of pea in freezer, so it wasn't as clean as it could have been. Easy to communicate with the hosts, and easy to get in.

Stayed Nov 3, 2024The space was just what I needed in the perfect location for my workshop. Great off-street parking and enough cooking pots and utensils to actually use the kitchen. It was easy to access, Robin is great at communicating and sharing updates, and it’s in a cute neighborhood where I was very comfortable walking to class. The only hiccup I ran into was the older washing machine would shut itself off mid-cycle and the dryer didn’t dry everything by the end of the cycle so I had to hang things to dry inside the studio. Those laundry units should probably be replaced so that guests can easily adhere to the laundry hours. This was a minor thing though and would not deter me from staying here again in the future! Thanks for a great trip!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024My husband and I were beyond pleased with our stay here! The place is absolutely perfect for 2 people (and our 2 dogs) all the appliances and dishware, ect was in great condition. The space was incredibly clean and we loved the natural lighting and the look of the space. Also it has a big yard with beautiful patio seating, which was perfect for our dogs. The Property is right off of Speedway and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We have zero complaints with our stay and hope to stay here again. Thank you Robin and Bob, we really enjoyed it!
