Finely renovated, the apartment overlooks the Arno river, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills and especially of Piazzale Michelangelo.
The living area has a large sofa, Smart TV with internet connection (NETFLIX). The kitchen is equipped not only with dishes but also with a toaster kettle, Italian coffee mocha. We also supply coffee tea and sugar.
There are two very bright double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is in the bedroom.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Very nice spacious apartment set in a good location. Supermarket and restaurants close by. We were dissapointed that the A/C controlls were not available since there were warm days and the mosquitoes made it uncomfotable to leave doors and windows open. There was an ectremly loud neighbor that sat on the balcony having a loud convrrsation on soeaker that required the doors to be closed in order to sleep.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this property, the apartment is clean and all new. Easy to make meals and a wonderful breeze comes through the doors and windows. We enjoyed the balcony. We also took bus 14 or 32 to get to the Florence core. Very nice having the use of the garage parking spot for our rental. Bathrooms and showers were great. If we are back in Florence we would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023Paola has been fantastic throughout the whole process, check in was efficient and she answered all of our questions, a very pleasurable experience. The apartment is a short 25 minute walk along the river to the main historical town of Florence. There’s a very good supermarket around the corner. Our advice would be to get a taxi from the train station, about €24 for four people and four large bags as it is too much to walk and the buses can be hit and miss to this part of the town.

Stayed May 2, 2023Apartment had everything we needed for 2 couples. Place was clean and Paola was always responsive to any questions. The only negative was the lack of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Everything about this property is perfect. The location from the historical centre is excellent. You are near enough but away from the noise and the crowd. So can come back in the evening to pretty much relax. The property itself is excellent, there are no ways around it everything is just as one would like it. I highly recommend tis property to all sundry and we would definitely go back!
