Check in and out was super easy and instructions were clear and shared well in advance. We’ll definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

The house was beautiful and clean. It was new and very nicely furnished, just like in the pictures. The beach was also beautiful, not crowded. The walk was about 2 minutes. We will definitely consider staying here again:)

There were just a few issues we had...there were no dimmers on lights which was a problem b/c the bulbs were SO bright that we were blinded at night; there is construction directly next door which would have been nice to be made aware of prior to arrival; we had 2 who were challenged going up and down the stairs so noting that there was no lift would have been helpful.

Great property! Easy walk to the beach, kitchen stocked with everything you need, great porch for morning coffee, clean, comfortable, and modern. We would definitely rent again!

Very Nice Home, virtually new, well designed, and nicely appointed/furnished. Large front porch is a plus for lounging, regardless of the weather. Only a 5 minute walk to the waters edge. We all greatly enjoyed our stay. Only minor recommendations. Let guests know the coffee maker is Kerig design, and check-in time seems a couple hours later than the average.

Our only issue involved the management. The punch pad door lock stopped working on day 2. I called twice and no one came to fix it. This meant that the house was not secure as we were unable to lock the door. It seems that this was not an urgent matter that required fast attention. Otherwise, it was a beautiful house.
