Bright and Modern House w/Free WiFi, Private Washer & Dryer, & Patio

We rented this property for two nights for a hockey weekend. Very clean and as described.

New home, nice neighborhood, convenient location for summer fun.

We had a lovely stay at the sunlight cottage. Our beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us to hang out in the living room and the dining room kitchen area. So often a VRBO will say it sleeps 6 to 8 people but the gathering places are all too small. Nice amenities including a steam shower! The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown.

We booked this house last minute for a family weekend getaway and it was perfect for us. Such a great new neighborhood and easy access to downtown Steamboat and the great restaurants at the end of town. Definitely recommend this location and thanks for sharing your home!!

I stayed with my husband and two little kids and this was the perfect house! Great location close to downtown and a really cool and quiet neighborhood. And everything was so, so clean and well stocked!

The property itself was stellar and very cleanly. Great location and views. The house could definitely use a manual or instructions on how to use some of the features of the home. Figuring out some of these functions took some time. I was annoyed with the communication issues prior to our stay. We could not get an early check in until less than 24 hours beforehand and were unable to secure a late check out. Once again, we found out late the night before our scheduled check out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We hiked a few days and walked the main street and enjoyed the breweries. We also had a full day on steamboat mountain with all the summer activities. If you are looking for a wonderful rental in steamboat this house is for you. The house was super clean and organized. The owner/property manager was the best after a locked door mishap. We truly appreciated the fast professional service. A few things we would like to pass along.Easy access to a cordless vacuum..we wanted to keep the place tidy. A few more towels especially in the kitchen. A coffee pot...we brought our own, we drink a lot of coffee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
