Everything was perfect!!! Amazing place to stay with family

Very clean, easy acces and quiet place.

The place was great, extremely clean, quiet but close enough to groceries, mall, beaches and walking distance to a beautiful park and walking trails. The customer service was excellent, every day they checked on us and wanted to know how we were doing. Hiro and Carlos did that. I had questions the first day and a lady answered all my questions and went out of the way to help us. I give the place a 5. Excellent all around.

Nice house with pool in nice location very close to beach!

The house was beautiful, we had so much fun and an amazing stay. For the most part the house is pretty clean

Nice open floor plan looking into pool. Well supplied with beach/pool accessories. Great location near beaches. The only negative is there is only one tv located in living room, none in bedrooms. As a vacationer, Overall great spot.

Clean and quiet

This place had a great neighborhood.

We liked the house, the location was good. We were 20 min away from every where. The “not so good” when we arrived there were leaves in the pool and a red “solo cup” floating in the pool also. We didn’t complain because “We are on vacation” We paid an extra 25 per day to have the pool heated to make the most of our stay. It still seemed to be pretty cold, we assumed it was just because it only heats part of the time. The afternoon before we left, the pool maintenance guy showed up and added a lot of water and treated the pool. That was the nicest the pool had been. When I brought it to the companies attention they said “Hopefully you’ll stay with us again so we can give you the 5 star say you expected and deserved. “You should have let us known sooner…I’m sorry I don’t know what the proper level for the pool to work correctly. There was also black mold on the washing machine, they said they will try to correct that for the next person. Poor customer service!

Bugs and it smelled dirty and bathtub was plugged.

The property was clean, in a convenient location, and great value for the price. We appreciated the provided cleaning supplies, and while we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather, it looked well-maintained. The property management was very communicative and provided clear, easy instructions, making the stay even smoother. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay!

The pictures were just what we expected. The neighborhood was quiet & close to the nearby boat ramp. We did have an issue on checkin with entering as the key provided opened one of two locks. The property manager was prompt. They coordinated getting a lock smith over within 2 hours. The communication made the situation an overall good experience. Great price for location
