Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home has everything. It is close to the airport, major shopping centers, restaurants, and all the wonders of Ft. Myers. The home offers a huge tv in the living room and tv’s in each of the three bedrooms. The living room has comfortable furniture to relax and to watch a movie or your team on tv. The internet is easy to access and works exactly as it should. Keyless entry makes coming and going easy as well as the garage parking which makes carrying in the groceries and luggage so easy. The garage also offers lots of beach equipment if needed.The house is close to the Amenity Center and large pool, so you can walk, or plenty of parking exists if you want to drive. It’s a sidewalk community if you like to walk. Cheryl and Jay are great hosts and take great care of their guests. We loved staying here as our home was rebuilt from Hurricane Ian. You will love it too.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023This 3-bedroom comfortable home in a community with people of all ages with a community pool and tennis courts virtually across the street! The home is located in Fort Myers and offers an aqua park and cable flat-screen TVs on-site. Nearby are restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. JetBlue stadium, the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox, is a 10-minute drive from this 2-bathroom villa and the Southwest Florida International Airport is only 15-minutes away.

Stayed Jan 31, 2022Property was great. The pool in the community is dry nice and the owners were great to work with!!! I would recommend. The only bad thing was Evolve the property managers were of no help, but the owners took over and they were great to work with. No issues. Great place for retirees or a young family to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home had everything I needed before I could even consider it. It was cozy, not cluttered, perfectly located within the community. Close to the gym, pool and other activities within. Centrally located for the highway and grocery stores, shopping and dining. The owner were absolutely welcoming even though they weren't on site. Very clean well cleaned and kept up. It reminded me of a hotel but better! If I ever had to stay at another vacation home, I would want it to be just like this one. It was perfect for me and my family!
