The bike path runs right by the house and the University of Montana and Downtown Missoula are both a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. A 15 minute drive will get you to some of Missoula’s most popular trailheads and access to the natural beauty of Montana.

The main floor of this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home feels bright and airy with an open floor plan and a well-appointed kitchen featuring new appliances and plenty of counterspace, a dining area, and a cozy living room allowing a space for communal gathering, cooking, dining, and entertainment. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the second floor with a walk-in closet and a large bathroom in the primary. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a twin bed with a trundle bed and a desk. The balcony features Mountain views, comfortable seating a hammock for relaxation.

    Nice property, worked for us. We had an event nearby so we walked back and forth often. The first floor 1/2 bath needs a mirror, over the sink or on opposite wall.We had problems with the heating and cooling. Finally gave up and removed the batteries because we could not get the thermostats to respond. Hated the process so just open and closed doors/windows.

    We had a great visit to Missoula and this house was excellent anchor for the visit. Place itself is great and conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood just a short drive (and doable walk) from downtown. Located very close to a bike path. House is modern, clean, well-equipped. Definitely recommend.
