Inside of the property is accurate to the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Travelers need to know that this is a duplex, not a single-family home that you are renting. It is also located in a pretty low income neighborhood and everyone knows that it is a vacation rental. You will get some stares and side eyes as you come and go. I would not stay in this area again.

Exactly as described in the listing. Super clean, all the kitchen supplies you could ever need, beach supplies, just a perfect little paradise.

Reasonably priced for our getaway. Located close enough for a short drive to the beach for us. The place was very clean. I would stay again!

Home needs improvements. The Duplex neighbor had a staring issue. You know the improvements that need to take place.

it is a side by side duplex in a very rough neighbourhood. We wanted to walk outside since we came from canada and snow but didn't feel safe. the floor in the main room was all buckling, If we were told ahead it wasn't 5 star as they say then we could decide if we were willing to stay there, We will never book another place through Vrbo because we couldn't trust the rating or the pictures. We were definitely dupped

It was such a nice and clean place to stay as a family. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful property, well thought out

This place is beautiful and in a great location that is close to most anything you need. We had no concerns with this stay and would go back again.

The unit was bright and clean. It came with a stocked kitchen with staples and many appliances and kitchen utensils. It felt like we were visiting the home of a friend. The medicine cabinets had things you might need. Coffee, creamer and sweetener were provided. There were games in one closet. And there are two cute ground owls who live in a hole in front of the neighbors mailbox, plus a cottontail rabbit that stopped by one morning. Toiletries were provided. There was a wagon with beach chairs. There was a screened porch front and back, plus backyard. The owner even left the whole container of dishwasher pods, we felt trusted, and we did not take them when we left. It was nice to be treated like a guest, not possible thief.
