• All guests must be registered at least 3 days before arrival
• Late registrations may incur additional fees

✔ Rental Fees & Compliance
• Each stay requires a community registration fee
• Owners must remain compliant with HOA rental policies

✔ Occupancy & Guest Rules
• Only registered guests are allowed inside the community
• Guests must follow all HOA rules and local regulations

✔ No Subletting
• Rentals must be directly booked through the property owner/host only

✔ Amenity Use
• Guests may use community amenities if properly registered
• Access may be limited depending on HOA guidelines

✔ Vehicle Registration Required
• All vehicles must be registered before arrival
• Gate access passes are required for entry

Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
