Stayed Jul 15, 2025Spacious duplex with space for 27’ boat at the dock and trailer parking. This is a good location close to Vaca cut as well as restaurants. The access to the cabana club was a nice addition but we didn’t use it much since we were on the water most of the time.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023Although I liked the home and would have given the home a 5 star rating. The communication with the property manager was frustrating which is why it only got a 3 star rating. I would avoid properties managed by Vacasa. The problems started about 2 weeks out when I received an email from Vacasa (not through VRBO) that my reservations was not complete leaving me with the impression that we did not have the reservation even though we had already made plans. I went to their link only to find out that it wanted the make, model and license plate for the vehicle that we would be using. This was impossible since this was going to be a rental and the information would not be available until the day of arrival. I sent 2 emails to them explaining this only to get a computer generated email back completely ignoring the rental car question. I finally called the number to talk to a person and they too were not completely sure. After the confered with another they told me that I would need to download the Vacasa app in order to update the info when we arrived. Even though I did this I continued to get emails from them with the same reservation concerns. this did not make me comfortable that there was not going to be a problem at check in. Then after arriving we drove from Ft. Lauderdale to Marathon and arrived 50 minutes early before 4PM check in. I used the app to see if we could go in early to drop off our bags before heading to the store for groceries. They said
