Breezy Hutt~ Complimentary golf cart

Eddie was a wonderful host and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the amazing deck and the under the house seating area to hang out in the evenings and on rainy days. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the golf cart was awesome! We also loved having access to the boogie boards and beach chairs!

Great location.Loved having the golf cart&sand toys/chairs included in the house.The host answered all my questions promptly but we had some communication problems with the property manager. We arrived late & realized we never got instructions to check in.We were locked out of our house well past midnight with small children after a 6 hours drive with OL security trying to help us get in.The next morning I immediately received the email.I informed them this was sent a little late. I was told It was a template&It showed “sent” but never opened&moving forward I was to ask for communication I was advised I would receive..was I supposed to know that was the process? I was asking the host a few questions on the app& I received an email that the PM was my source for communication. So I asked for the code to access the chairs & toys. I was told I should not need to access locked doors because everything was out that I needed but actually It was all locked up &the house code did not work for the downstairs doors, ..once again asked the host&he answered everything I needed.night before checkout I received an email with instructions, one being to bag all linens in linen bag and leave downstairs. I emailed PM & apologized I could not fine a linen bag, she said to use the one our linens came in, but we never had linens delivered! We found a linen closet in the house and used those. I understand things happen, but this felt very unorganized with condescending comments and

We were blessed by amazing owners of this beautiful unit, very clean, very pretty, lots of amenities lots of extras, wonderful little private balcony off the master bedroom, lots of space downstairs with the bar area, extra table and eating area, TV down below outside to watch, as well as a TV on the little master balcony. Can’t say enough about the owners, great about answering questions and just good good people.

Over-all a great little spot.golf Cart made it worth it. There are a ton of people in lake wood....mabey to many.

I have spent a ton of time at Ocean Lakes over the years and this was by far one of my best experiences! The owners are amazing to work with! The house was SUPER clean and homey! The golf cart worked perfect! We had such a fantastic experience we are already discussing booking this exact house again!!

We were so happy with EVERYTHING! From the moment we made the reservation we were well taken care of by Eddie and Hilda. The house was beautiful. It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. They spared no expense in making it feel like home. My family enjoyed the golf cart rides, mini golf, the beach, grilling every night and the water park. We will def be back to stay again. We found our go to beach house in Ocean Lakes. Thank you for your wonderful communication and letting us enjoy our much needed staycation(home away from home). ?
