Breezy Beach | Luxe Gulf Front Home with Private Pool!

Serious Safety Concerns During Our StayWe chose this home for a family vacation, but unfortunately our experience was significantly disrupted by a major safety issue. During our stay, an unauthorized individual entered the property twice in the middle of the night while my family was sleeping. This was extremely frightening and caused us to feel unsafe for the remainder of the trip.After the first incident, we checked every floor and ensured all doors were locked. Despite this, the same individual entered again less than an hour later through another sliding door. The responding deputies described the person as someone they have encountered before in the area. The situation left our family on edge and unable to rest or enjoy the remainder of our vacation.We later learned from a previous guest review that the property had known issues with faulty locks on certain sliding doors. During our stay, a maintenance technician was sent out to reinforce the locks and secure the gate, which suggests these concerns were ongoing.While the home itself has attractive features, the lack of secure doors made us feel vulnerable, and the experience overshadowed what should have been a relaxing getaway. I hope this review encourages future attention to guest safety and ensures that all entry points are fully secured.

Great home! Great location, 4 floors and elevator didn’t work while we were there. Had a few things that needed attention but they were there quickly to fix! Beds were comfortable. Would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay and it looks like the pics posted. Only thing is if you have small kids like us you might want to bring baby gates. This home has multiple stairs both inside and outside. However the elevator was nice to have. I still give it 5 stars and potentially return next year.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The location, the house, the Southern staff for booking and checking in/out! There was nothing more we could have asked for!

This property checked all the boxes and exceeded my expectations! In my search for the perfect beach home for a family of twelve, I came across Breezy Beach. I was hesitant to book because it only had two reviews at the time, but I followed my gut and I'm so glad I did! The property had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of space and the space was beautifully decorated and clean. If I had to offer a critique, it would be to confirm functional door codes prior to guest arrival. Overall, I highly recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect! Right on the beach, easy access. Amazing sunsets. The Owner was extremely responsive. Loved every second of vacation!

Property is very nice. It was not very clean prior to our arrival and bath towels were missing in some bathrooms. Some doors had problems with locks, including sliding glass door on second floor. Overall, it was very nice.
