Guests will have exclusive, private access to the home, including all bedrooms, the open living/dining/kitchen area, and the laundry facilities.

Outside Access

Private Backyard Oasis: Enjoy full access to the fenced-in backyard, including the BBQ grill area, fire pit, and all outdoor seating.

Game Room/Covered Patio: You have private access to the covered area featuring the ping pong table.

Parking: Guests are provided with free parking directly on the driveway in front of the house.

Keyless Entry: Access to the home is managed via a smart lock on the front door. You will receive a unique, personalized code 4 hours before your arrival, allowing for easy and secure self-check-in any time after 3:00 PM.

Our guest interaction is done through the platform and text messages. We have a clear and consistent communication plan that ensures our guests feel welcomed and supported from the moment they book until they check out.

2)- Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charge a penalty at 30$ per person per night and pets 80$. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. there are exterior camaras in front and back of the apartment for your safety and to verify the number of guests if needed
3)- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
4)- No parties or events 1500$ fine.
5)- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
