This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom professionally decorated property with custom finishes and refined decor, is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. With two separate living areas and three outdoor patio spaces, this home can accommodate large groups while remaining intimate enough for a single family.



The Space:

Sleeping; Bedroom 1 - King bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with shared full bath (sleeps 2); Additional Sleeping - Queen size pull out sofa bed in extra lounge area (sleeps 2); Queen size pull out sofa bed in main living room (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity - 10.



Floor plan:

2488 sq ft. When you walk in the front door, you either go down to a bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom just outside of that bedroom, or up one level to the main living area. The main living area has the large open floor plan kitchen and living room with a wrap around deck accessed from the dining area. On this level, you will also find a half bath and the main suite with a king bed and attached large ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. There is also a pull out queen sofa sleeper in this living room. If you go up one level from here, you will find two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and with a jack and jill bathroom attached to both. There is also another living area with a pullout and tv. Off of this room there is another outdoor living space/deck.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain. The walk-ability is second to none in Breckenridge’s newest and most centrally located development. The Columbia Lode neighborhood sits on the North end of town (Main Street) with an easy 3-5 minute walk to the gondola where you will begin your day on the mountain. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. With the grocery store just across the street, a rental car is not necessary in this location.



Getting Around:

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Please note: There is only room for 3 cars to park at this home. Additional parking is available for a paid nightly fee on Airport Road about a mile from the house.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.     beautiful home! It has everything and more of what you may need. We enjoyed walking to Main St. and were close to everywhere. It is expensive but worth it.

    We loved this stay! Walking distance to pretty much everything, great view of the mountain, and more than enough room for 7 people. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and a good selection of spices. We definitely recommend this place!

    High end accommodations at this beautiful, immaculate house. Close to everything - town, gondola and supermarket! We also loved the beautiful views from the house and the very large outdoor jacuzzi. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to vacation in luxury. Only one minor issue was with the high quality televisions, beautiful flat screens but we had a lot of problems getting them to work, despite management being helpful to trouble shoot the problems. Everything else was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

    This property is a fantastic place to say to enjoy the mountains in luxury. Equipped with everything we needed and more. The small touches made a huge difference. I’m coming home with a hubby to do list! Close walks to town and grocery store! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub! There’s instructions on everything in the house that made it handy! Book this rental for an ultimate mountain retreat!

    Two families (4 adults, 3 kids) traveled and could not have been happier with this home! The space is amazing and well thought out and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. This home has truthfully thought of everything; from supplied hot tub towels, robes, glasses to an amazingly outfitted kitchen, our group had everything we needed for a great weekend. Impressively clean and great location to downtown Breckenridge, we could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for such a great weekend!
