BRECK CONNECT CHALET - Located in the beautiful Shock Hill neighborhood, steps from the Shock Hill gondola station, this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom luxury mountain home is the perfect place to enjoy your family vacation. The comfortable layout and cozy mountain feel of this home is brought to life with cathedral wood ceilings, top of the line finishes, and each bedroom with a connected bathroom. Come and go easily with access to Peaks 7 & 8 or Main Street using the ShockHill gondola.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 with king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 with queen bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3 with queen bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4 with queen bed with attached bath (sleeps 2); Additional Sleeping with queen size pull out sleeper sofa in lower level lounge area (sleeps 2). The Neighborhood:

Shock Hill is one of Breckenridge’s most preferred neighborhoods. The unique area of Shock Hill sits between town and the base of the ski area with unbeatable access to Peak 7 & 8 with quick walking access to the mid-point gondola station. Because there are a limited number of homes in this area, visitors who stay in Shock Hill will avoid the crowds and enjoy the mountain without lines or hassle. Utilize the gondola access for a convenient ride to town for shopping or a meal. A fun side-note. The owner of this property won a contest when the gondola was being built and was honored with naming it the Breck Connect Gondola!



Getting Around:

Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass.



Other Things to Note:

Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple.     Home is beautiful and fully stocked kitchen. Great location and very easy walk to town! I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom too! Fonda the property manager kept me informed and was very quick to respond to my texts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

    The best location for whatever you love to do in Breck!! Great family condo! Love the space, great jacuzzi!! You can walk to town my adult kids loved it!! It’s a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive!

    The house is very nice! We rented the house for our ski season and we really enjoy being with the family, so this house was perfect for it and for us to be together, having breakfast and cooking together. The size of the house is great, fits 6 people and has all the necessary equipment. it’s extremely close to the gondola that goes to Peak 8, you only need to walk about 5 minutes. Fonda was an excellent hostess, providing all necessary information. Some things that could have been better: - we cook every day, I missed more Tupperware - the internet in general is a little weak, especially in the lower part of the house. - we missed a tablecloth for meals and some cups were broken. - Some blinds are broken, which made light enter the rooms. The rest was perfect! Thank you for this amazing experience ♥️

    Perfect location and setting for a ski week in Breckenridge. Nestled amongst beautiful trees and other beautiful condos it’s a short walk to Gondola and access to peak 7/8. Shock hill is a stunning community. House was clean and comfortable with fabulous kitchen for family breakfasts before hitting trails. Hot tub for apres. Would come back!

    Very nice home and perfect size for our family of 7. However … there was food & a cell phone under and around the sofas, floor was dirty, 1 set of sheets were stained or not washed well, pillows were not comfortable, limited kitchen supplies, walk to the gondola was farther than advertised .. If these things were fixed, we would consider renting here again.

    Great property and location. I did not give the full 5 stars for two reasons. 1) The beds were uncomfortable in all rooms, too soft and wallowed out. 2) Internet was not strong enough to use Roku TV's in the bedrooms. I will definitely book again if mattresses are upgraded in the next year.

    Having not been at Breckenridge before it was hard to know just how perfect the location of this house was but it is PERFECT! It's a very short walk (yes, in ski boots!) to the Shock Hill Gondola station and a very short ride to Peak 7, 8, or in town. The house was very clean, the hot tub was hot!, and the hosts were extremely attentive to all our questions. Our family ski trip could not have been better and this house was a key ingredient of what made our time so wonderful. BOOK THIS HOUSE!
