Breathtaking Views! Dock is in!

Had another good stay! Unfortunately due to snow storm in the north, only enjoyed the house for half our booked stay.... but it didn't disappoint.

The host was very responsive. The view was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the pool.

Professional hosts. Beautiful, relaxing property that feels like a home away from home. Comfortable and inviting. Outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. Vacation type experience at this home don't even need to leave the property unless you feel the need to day trip Helpful and prompt replies were appreciated when we had questions. This was the perfect vacation as we knew it would be. There was no need to ever leave, other than for groceries , or meals out. The view is fabulous, and the pool is absolutely perfect. The hot tub was adjusted for my preference and was wonderful. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the neighborhood is so quiet that you feel as if you are completely alone. This is the perfect place to relax and leave everything behind. This was our 3rd stay and I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. This house makes us feel like we are returning to a friends home. James and Kim very quickly address any concerns or questions, and we can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home! House has everything uou need but groceries. One week was not long enough and we can't wait to return!

Excellent property. Enjoyed our time there. Saw a manatee and dolphins off the dock. Close to food and stores. Very quiet and relaxing! Would definitely recommend!

Flawless Stay at this beautiful house; Relaxing by the Pool was so nice, and the View of the river was amazing. Located close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners of the home were very accommodating.

3 couples over the age of 60 shared this home for one week. We were all pleasantly impressed with the amenities both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We made breakfast every day, ate meals outside often and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views daily. The owners Kim and Jim responded quickly to any questions we had. Absolutely loved this home and are trying to figure out when we can all return again for a longer period of time.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. There is a reason we came back. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool is wonderful, clean home, easy to get to, beautiful area. Owners are very receptive to any questions which was much appreciated. We will be back!

Wow. This property is home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except for the food. The primary bathroom is amazing. The pictures don’t show the shower that’s bigger than most bathrooms.Every bedroom, bathroom and living room was perfect. The view and pool area are even more amazing. Pool all day, hot tub for sunset every night unless you wanted to sit around the gas fire pit and enjoy the view. Can’t wait until 2027 calendar is available so we can book paradise again. Great Communication and thank you Kimberly and James for being awesome hosts.

Everything good. Other than terrible Weather

This was the 5th time we stayed at this property. We really like the location and the layout of the house and pool deck. In all an enjoyable vacation.

Close to lots if beaches and restaurants!

Beautiful property and great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Very private and quiet area. House was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor area was beautiful and the fishing was good. Right on the river which was perfect. Hot tub was confusing to heat but the owners were very responsive and helped right away. Our stay was wonderful and we were sad to leave.

This house is amazing! The views of the river, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! The owners are extremely responsive to questions! The location was perfect, very quick to the attractions and restaurants across the bridge in Fort Myers, yet also just a 10 minute walk to 2 Tiki bars and the Monkey Bar ( great grouper panini!) We will be back!

We have been renting villas on FMB for over 20 years but after Ian hit which badly affected the area, we decided to try Cape Coral.. After lots of research, we picked this villa.. It was the best decision we could have made.. The location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants close by, all very different so something for everyone.. The house is perfectly positioned on the river with fantastic views across the water, loads of fishing rods to use, there is a bait and tackle shop close by. A lovely pool area with huge spa. Also undercover seating.. The inside of the house is perfect, its a beautiful house and the owners have thought of everything, this is not just a rental, it is very much a home away from home. There is nothing overlooked. I cannot fault it.. The owners are a fantastic couple. We got caught up in a hurricane during our stay..Their concern and care for us was above and beyond.. Very grateful to have had such wonderful hosts.. We highly recommend this villa. It is without doubt our new go to...

This place is amazing and definitely have a breathtaking view. The picture on the website don’t do Justice then what you see in person. Our first words of our mouth was “Wow”. Home have everything for the stay and have actually more than expected. The taste and the design and the beautiful furniture lay-out is gorgeous. Master bathroom is just wow. Bed was comfortable. The most we enjoyed fishing and having cup of coffee in the morning by the water. Sunrise and set are beautiful. This place is close to everything you want. Stores. Restaurants. Beach is not far. Even a soccer pitch that my son enjoyed about 10 min away from the house. We spend most of our days out on the ocean or beach on Sanibel Island?️ but the mornings and the evenings was amazing to be home and sleep In comfortable beds. My son and daughter loved the pool. Lovely home and definitely worth it to stay in here. Beautiful, comfortable, gorgeous view. A+++++++ for this trip.
