HOA facilities include pool, exercise room and beautiful landscaped grounds.

HOA minimum lease is 90 days.

Cleaning service every 2 weeks included.

Summer ratesare 50% off with a cap of $200 per month on electricity bill ( May through September) please message before booking for summer stays.
