Breathtaking Panoramic Ocean and Views on Gearhart Golf Links, Huge Deck, Game Room, Fire Table

This home is located right near the beach. The HUGE windows provide a panoramic view of the coastline. From the dining table, living room, master bedroom and bath, kitchen, and multiple deck areas, you can enjoy the sunset. It is a short 10-minute walk or just a few-minute drive to the beach.

Amazing house with great amenities! But the location is the best part - walking on the beach in 5 minutes or hiking trails in 20 min. We would stay here over and over!

So many reachable destinations from this location. When we weren’t sight seeing we enjoyed just being at the house which has a wonderful view.

Great location and only a quick walk to a very quiet beach area. Plenty of food within driving distance as well as enough items in the house to stay low key and have a quiet dinner inside or on the back deck.

The main goal of our stay was relaxation and this house helped achieve that goal. It was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything our family needed. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room most of the time while we were able to relax in the many wonderful spaces. Just opening the window or sliding glass door and you could hear the ocean which was a short walk away. We would definitely come back.

This was the fifth year we have stayed at The Highlands and this house had, hands down, the most amazing views! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the living room and deck areas and taking in the beauty of the Pacific. We loved the location, and it was great to be able to play pickleball at the courts within the development.

Beautiful home and space for our family. This was our 5th time staying here and we can’t get enough of the views!! Our kiddos loved the game room with old school Nintendo and foosball! So much fun!!

We booked this home for our family during our son's 4th grade basketball tournament in Seaside. I am the head coach and we had our awards dinner there Saturday night and the house could not have been better for our boys and family! Lots of different play options, a huge dining room table with roughly 25 different seats and sitting areas for lots of families to eat and mingle. We've talked about making this trip an annual tradition and the High Ridge House will always be the first place we look to book!

Our stay at this home was magical. The sweeping views of the ocean are truly breathtaking. The first night we were there a small herd of Elk walked next to us on their way to the beach. It was unbelievable. The home was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we wanted and we enjoyed games in the garage for hours. Communication with the management company was perfect. We can't wait to return!

This lovely home in a gated community has a nice view of the ocean in the distance. There's a walking path nearby to Gearhart's beach--and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we can drive on the beach so we took a few bundles of firewood and enjoyed some nice sunset bonfires down there. The operators were attentive and responsive to a few issues/questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful trip to the Oregon Coast it was so relaxing, the house was so beautiful and stocked with everything we could need. So appreciative of a company taking the extra step to ensure we had a great vacation, which we did. Would definitely stay again
