Perfect Location for a weekend of lake fun. This house is a 2 bedroom one bath with a loft. It has a big deck out front to view the lake year round and watch the sun set every evening. Blue Water Bay Marina and Public use area is just at the bottom of the hill. There is a great restaurant at the bottom or Pizza at Blue Water Bay Marina. There is also many more restaurants very close. This house has all the convinces of home plus some.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025As advertised, nice little home in a cool neighborhood, great view. The hoa pool 2 doors down is a huge bonus. Amazing lake, highly recommend. Dockside pizza is crazy good and the marina is brand new and great. Owners are responsive and easy to deal with.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025I have been in the area for the better part of a year for work reasons. Enjoyed the people and area so much, that I have purchased an RV and will keep it in the area to come back and visit when work is done. I can't say enough about the owners Chris and Chasity, they are A all the way, very accommodating and helpful all the way! Definitely recommend this property.

Stayed May 27, 2024I am in the area for work, so this has been an extended stay. I am older and this property has been perfect, nice quiet neighborhood which reminds me of home. I cannot say enough about Chris and his wife. They helped me work through booking issues (which I caused). They have let me work around their schedule to be able to stay and have always been very responsive to any questions I had. I would stay here again long after my obligations in this area are done.
