Would highly recommend Island Property Rentals as they were very communicative and responsive. There was nothing for us to really do except relax and enjoy! We'll definately be back!

The floors turned our feet black and some of it was coming up/missing in places. The showers had mildew and should have been scrubbed better. The patio area was really dirty and needs to be cleaned.

The floors were not shiny but I don't know where the black things came from ...odd.

The beds are extremely comfortable which we consider a big plus! The location is perfect for getting out and walking to the shops or restaurants. The elevator is a little temperamental, but that is the only thing that I could think of that could use attention.
