Stayed Oct 19, 2025Although the home is very beautiful and was clean, we would not stay there again. - The area seems a bit questionable, so we did not walk at night. -- Listing description didn't clarify no connection between the 2 homes, narrow stairs, no bathroom or closet on 3rd floor. (Kitchen is not well stocked if you intend to actually cook for your group. Only small pots, no cookie sheets or bakeware.)

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The property was perfect for our group, plenty of space and easy walk to downtown, 20 min or so. Easy to communicate with the property manager and house was very clean.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023We rented this property for a four family gathering. The property was not ready when one family arrived at 4:10 as the cleaning crew was still there. As it turned out we don't believe the crew washed the bedding as most of the sheets had stains on them. We also had issues with both dishwashers working but did finally figure out how to get them to operate. A manual would have been nice but in this case we think the rinsing agent compartments were empty which required some finesse in getting the machines to work. The location was great and the park across the street was used by family almost every day. The house was spacious for our group of 13 although neither house had a dining table and chairs large enough for us to eat together so we added chairs from different rooms and made it work. Communication with our contact person was good and he responded right away to our needs regarding the dishwashers and later an outside lock that needed a new battery. In conversing with the manager after our stay we were offered a 15% discount on our next stay with their company due to the few hiccups we had. Oddly, the manager could communicate with me but most of my reply emails did not go through and instead I received the mail delivery subsystem error. Finally, one month after our stay, I am waiting to receive my damage deposit.

Stayed Sep 28, 2022We had a large group and had Plenty of space to both have our own privacy and have everyone comfortably together. The location was within 5 minutes of everything that we needed to go to in the downtown area.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022We had a group of 16 stay here for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and it was the PERFECT setting for it! Although we had lots to do around Indy, it was a beautiful and homey space to come back to with enough room to hang out as a big group. The space was immensely clean and beautiful. So much space too!! We had a small issue getting into one of the doors and were able to resolve it almost immediately! Communication was quick and effective. No complaints at all. We loved our stay!

Stayed Jun 10, 2022I'm glad we read the previous review which explained the set up between the houses so we knew what to expect. We had enough room for 7 families in these houses, but thank goodness for the park across the street! The park is where our kids spent most of their time, which is a very fun park (including a Gaga ball pit). The house is old but nicely decorated and they have the basic essentials like laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, pots/pans, etc.. We had a short delay in checking in, but they did a great job cleaning the houses. The location is very close to downtown so it was just a quick drive to the canal. We had a great stay and the management team was friendly, communicative and responsive throughout the stay!

Stayed Apr 20, 2022This place was a great option for our large group. Our entire staff team came to stay here from different cities in Ohio and brought spouses and kids. We were thankful to find a nice house to stay in that could fit all of us! (22 adults, 6 kids). And the location is so close to many great things in Indy! However, some of the information that was on the website - and confirmed by email prior to arrival - was inconsistent. We didn't have enough bedding or towels as promised, so 3 of our staff had to sleep in their coats for a night, and some people didn't get a shower towel. (Even after a specific email confirming there would be bedding and towels for this number two weeks prior.) Thankfully, the customer service rep was really easy to get a hold of and very eager to help. Unfortunately, they were not able to reach the owner/cleaning crew before we went to bed. We were told the bedding and towels would be delivered in 10-15 minutes from the time I called, but they didn't end up coming until the next day. All this to stay, it's a wonderful place, it can hold a huge group, and it's in a great location in Indy! BUT, be sure to communicate very clearly all of the bedding and towel needs before you arrive, and confirm again. Also, here are two things we wish we knew beforehand: 1. Most of the bathrooms (4 out of the 6 full) are actually in the smaller house. This created a more challenging dynamic as we had 16 adults sharing 2 showers in the bigger house, and the other full bathrooms were located in the bedrooms of the other house. We wish we could have planned for this better! 2. There is a loft in the smaller house that has 2 queen beds and a single bed. Because of the photos, we thought they were each in separate rooms. This created a challenge for us as we had planned for different couples to be in each bed, but there was no privacy if we moved forward with that. So just be sure to check the pictures and the descriptions before counting on a certain number of rooms/beds for your group.
