Brand-New, Spacious Coastal Duplex - Balcony Ocean Views, Walk to Beach

We were very happy with the location and ease of getting to the beach and also the bay. Many walked to and from beach. Our only concerns were a kitchen chair that was cracked but did not affect our stay and the matresses were not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

My family really enjoyed the home. I feel that housekeeping should take pride in their job and clean the property as it deserves. The home has everything a person can ask for. Kelly is the BEST!!!!

Good location

Great location and had everything we needed

The house is spacious with plenty of room to stretch out. The floors/fans/baseboards were dusty and dirty. The property is a converted house and if there are tenants upstairs, it is very loud, hearing every foot step which sounds like a herd of elephants. One of the queen size beds mattress rolls you to the middle and the other appears to be missing a box spring.

Walking distance from beach. Close to restaurants and activities. I appreciated the water hose available outside to rinse off. Management was always available if anything was needed. We did find 1 small roach alive. There was no iron to iron clothes but management was able to bring one in time. Overall, a great stay, and convenient location.

The Place is nice, Quite neighborhood, clean and spacious.The only thing that concern is the bunkbeds on the 4th room needs to be a little up from the floor and a little closet to store the cloths.Over all we love and enjoy the place.

It’s very small for adults with teens! The couch situation doesn’t fit 13 people let alone 4 adults The rooms are all small and the beds are on the floor it doesn’t work for a family that’s big like they have it listed! Also could do without the cockroaches and management wanted us to stay there until morning with the bugs because they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it which is a health hazard and not right! I wouldn’t ever stay here or book another place through Blue Swells!
