Brand new renovation, right across the street from the beach, private pool

Loved the location- so easy to get the family and the gear to the beach! The home was perfect for a big group, we will hopefully be back!

Perfect location to spend a long weekend with extended family. Property is very well maintained and designed and provided everything we needed to enjoy our time on Kiawah Island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was located across from the entrance to the beach which was great for getting kids back and forth. The covered porch was a favorite place to play and stage activities. The lock was broken on the screen door which allowed direct access to the pool and we had to call for maintenance. Our biggest complaint was that the washer was broken and maintenance did nothing about it after taking a look and agreeing it needed repair. There was no way to wash towels, linens or kids clothes. Disastrous at the beach and no compensation for the inconvenience despite calling the maintenance company several times. The kitchen was not stocked well other than drink ware and plates. Very little silverware, terrible skillets, few knives and no serving pieces with the plates. Decor and baths were nice.

Beautiful property feet from the ocean. Ample space, kitchen well stocked. Ample space. Would highly recommend for family vacation. Pool area very nice.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home with easy access to beach and on a waterway perfect for kayaking. The home was well kept with excellent amenities! We hope to return again for the same weekend next year!

Reviewer Comments: Had a good time but a few issues, the owners had one ceiling fan in high and could not be changed which limited use of that room (cold), new washer has to be installed but felt like PM did not make it a priority and the initial install was done incorrectly, also Ice maker filter and cleaning cycle h my weds to be addressed , not sure that is checked, also there are tiles sunken around the pool which need to be raised flush as it is a trip hazard so attention to routine maintenance could be better

Air conditioning was a bit spotty on main floor--very cold in some areas. Also, would have liked access to elevator for grandparents.
