Great house with everything we needed close to the hard rock stadium. Will return for sure

The only reason i I didn't give the property a 5 star rating was because there was no coffee, or bottled water available when we arrived.

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. The house is located in an older neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues from any neighbors. The house has been updated inside like the listing said. We only had a few minor issues, but the owner was quick to respond. We enjoyed having space to stretch out, and the location was within 25-45 minutes of most the attractions that we did.That was very nice!.

Host was great to work with. So many downsides. Says sleeps 10. 8 dinner plates, 4 small plates, 4 coffee mugs, both toilets were wobbly, thermostat didn’t hold temperature. Bar stools unstable, no Hot plates/pads, fan in bedroom doesn’t work, 1 dish towel & 1 dish cloth is not enough without a dishwasher, towel rack in 2nd bath gone, no tv instructions, cookie sheet doesn’t fit in oven, ants, blinds don’t close all the way,Master bedroom tank is leaking slowly. Only glass bowl has chip in it.

This house located in a quiet neighborhood was lovely and comfortable for our family of 6. The front door opens to a spacious living area with the connecting kitchen and dining area to the left being open, which was very nice for visiting with family. Between the two bars and table, it provides seating for 10. The kitchen is fairly large and pretty well supplied for preparing meals. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with appliances in great working order. To the right of the living area, off the hallway, are the bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms including the master. The privacy fence-enclosed back yard with patio and chairs was a great place for enjoying the outdoors. The only negative to be aware of is the sunken back part of the living area with a few inch step down. The two small caution signs on the edge are easy to miss and one can get thrown off balance (which some of us did without injury), but the elderly or disabled might want to avoid this. Isaiah was good with communication and even helped us several days after our stay to retrieve an item we'd left and return an item we'd accidentally taken. The beach is just under a 40 minute drive with normal traffic but can be almost two hours during rush hour. The Historic Miramar Aquatic Complex, that is very reasonably priced, was a nice 15 minute drive each way. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay closer to the airport or visit the beach and other attraction in the area.

The home was clean and matched the listing.

We had a nice stay quiet neighborhood wasn't far from stadium, which our trip was a game. The house was cozy and clean. I recommend a storm door or screen door, because when you open the door, anything can come in. Also, clean linen for sofa bed but all in everything was exceptional from the accuracy online listing.

The host Isaiah was awesome and warm. Helpful and she responds without hesitation. I recommend very comfy
