Brand new modern stylish home 5mins to downtown

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood within miles of all the best Nashville has to offer! Beautiful home with updated finishes and lots of room to relax.

Wonderful host and a wonderful house. Super convenient to all the local attractions. The house is very clean and very well laid out. The beds are comfortable as it the couch. There is a full bedroom with attached bathroom down stairs, as well as a half bath downstairs. Upstairs is the master with a bathroom as well as two other bedrooms connected with a jack and Jill bathroom. It exceeded all of our needs!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and just a quick uber ride to downtown. Plenty of room in the home. Might be good to mention that the garage is a detached garage around the back of the home and an odd concrete path between home and garage entrance. En-suite bathroom was fantastic with the soaking tub inside the shower. Also the heated bathroom floor was an A-plus!

Stayed at this property with a group of 6 other women for a girls weekend. Overall the house was great, it’s cute, bright, clean, spacious and relatively new. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from cute bars and restaurants in east Nashville and an easy 10 min drive from Broadway. There are just a couple things to note that we would have liked to know. All the windows have shades but they are not blackout so it’s very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The water pressure in the showers is very low. It’s minimally stocked with no extra blankets or linens and not enough glasses and silverware for bigger groups. We also didn’t have enough bath towels but the owner was responsive in getting us more when we asked. Finally because the decor is minimal and there are no rugs there is nothing to absorb sound so even when upstairs with the doors closed you can hear people downstairs. I would recommend this house and hope that some of the minor things, like more blankets and silverware can be easily addressed by the owner.

First time visiting Nashville and loved it! The location of the house was a short Uber drive to downtown, and a short walk to Shelby park along the Cumberland river. The house was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended!

What a beautiful home! We were all in awe! The high ceilings, gorgeous kitchen and all the attention to detail in the home made our stay so fun. We loved the comfy beds also! Will definitely be back!!

The house is gorgeous—roomy, bright, clean, and quiet—and a very short drive (less than 10 minutes) to downtown Nashville. It was perfect for our family of six adults and one 3-year old, who optimistically began calling it “our NEW house.” I wish! We highly recommend it.

This property is exactly as pictured and then some! Clean and comfortable and very well appointed. We wanted for nothing. The property is a very quick Uber from all things Broadway and Nashville. Neighborhood was much quieter than expected being so close to downtown. Beds were comfy too! Very easy check in/out process. Homeowner was very quick to respond. Next time in Nashville we would stay here again. My husband’s only complaint…now he has to install heated floors in our bathroom at home because that’s a luxury you can live without once you experience it! ? Thank you!

House was wonderful — beds comfy, owner very responsive, super close to Broadway. Perfect for our “girls trip”. It rained most of our time, but the backyard looked like a great place to hang and let kiddos run around.

The house was clean, comfortable and exactly how the pictures look. The location was just a 5 minute drive to downtown. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get there quickly. The owner was very responsive.

The house was perfect for our family. The jack and jill bedrooms/bathroom for 2 kids and 2 adults worked great. Aunt and uncle in master and grandma downstairs. It was appreciated we all had our own bathrooms. It was well appointed however we did not do any cooking during our stay. If coming with kids, know it is wood floors with raised foundation and an open floorplan, so keeping kids quiet in mornings was a challenge. Short easy drive downtown. Had a great time!

Mark was a wonderful host. He even checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. House was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely look into staying at this property again if we are back in the area.

Loved the house! Everything was great! Perfect for 5 adults to stay and enjoy Nashville.

My family and I stayed in Mark’s house for a week. 4 adults and 2 small children. This house is spacious and definitely suited for larger groups. The open floor plan and ample space made it easy to have my little ones with me. The backyard is fenced and a perfect size for letting them play outside too. Mark is super nice and easy to communicate with. The home is immaculate, nicely decorated, and has enough kitchen and living space to actually be able to settle in if you’re staying for a little while. It is close to downtown and very close to five points in east Nashville for bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in and check out were super easy. Birds and bunnies also seem to love coming in the backyard which was a cute bonus. 10/10 recommend!
