Stayed Nov 22, 2023This is our second year staying here and I can really say this is an amazing place for vacation or business. The house is very clean and full of natural light. . The decor is modern but very comfortable and the patio area and the view just the best. The communication with the owners was answered promptly. We are already planning our next stay at this house. Stayed Sep 1, 2023This was our second visit, and we enjoyed our stay more than the first. Patrice was a wonderful host and ensured all of our needs were met, from providing a blender for our usage to umbrellas for our beach visit. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and taking morning walks in the neighborhood. The location is convenient for shopping, and numerous restaurants are within a 5-mile radius. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We had a family get together for thanksgiving and I am so happy I found this house. The house is beautiful, super clean and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The patio with the golf course view is just the best for sitting around and catching up. All my emails and messages were answered quickly and Patreese was great meeting me at the house and going through all the features of this modern house. Thanks for the bottle of wine, we certainly enjoyed it. If you are coming to the high desert, I would recommend this house without any reservation. Spring valley lake is truly the best neighborhood in the area and this house is amazing. Thank you again for making our family vacation a memorable one.

Stayed Jul 14, 2022We enjoyed the home. We enjoyed the great view of the golf course. The house was clean and in a convenient location. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, so there was no need to pack many clothes. My only minor problem was the internet wifi speed; it was suitable for regular streaming but had issues with Webex/zoom calls. I would definitely stay again!
