This gated resort community features a brand-new spa with indoor swimming pool, steam, sauna, exercise roomwith weights, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas and the Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining. Enjoy private sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and lush landscaping. Activities available for all ages make it the perfect family getaway! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus you're just a 13 mile drive from all of the great restaurants and family attractions that Gulf Shores offers!

Awesome and comfortable furniture and mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite has queen size bed, with twin beds in guest room as well. Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property.

Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking.

    Close to the beach! Boardwalk to the beach was within view of our condo. Great view of the ocean. Restaurants close by.

    We have stayed at GSP several times and can't say enough good about it! We absolutely love the location and proximity to the beach, and love that it's away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that it only takes a few minutes to get to the heart of Gulf Shores. As far as the condo, we all agreed that it is our favorite and will be our go-to next time we get down to the area. First of all, when visiting the beach we want our condo to feel beachy, and this condo definitely has that feel. The decor is beautiful! The cabinets are fully stocked with everything you need, the bathrooms were stocked full of towels, the beds were comfy and the unit was super clean. The location of the unit was fantastic-excellent view from the balcony, living area and master, and the hallway had the best sunrise views and views of the gulf all day! Check in was a breeze and communication was easy. We recommend driving to the end of Fort Morgan road and walking around the point for the best sunset of your life (about 15 minutes and SO worth it!) We also like The Hangout, Lulus, anf Sea and Suds for great food. Unplug, unwind, take it all in and enjoy every moment with the ones you're with! We will definitely be back!!

    We love staying at this resort, and this larger condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. The condo was clean, in good working order, and very close to the boardwalk to the beach and pools. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows, which was a plus.Communication with the managing company wasn't great including having to ask for the check-in info after the check-in period should have begun and then receiving the wrong door code. Also, the info on the listing about getting the parking pass 2 days before was not accurate. We got everything worked out, but it's not the personal experience you get when dealing with the actual owners since this is a management company.

    Unit is on 3rd floor - can see the ocean from the balcony. Everything that was needed for our four night stay was in the condo. The only negative is there needs to be signs on the pools when there is a delay in opening or closed unexpected. We would stay again in this condo .
