Brand new house, Beach views, Heated pool & more!

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. Every single thing about this property was amazing. The pool area is an oasis! The location is top notch, great view of ocean from living room window. Place is laid out perfectly and deco is on par for beach/coastal area. Will be booking our stay for next year soon!

Absolutely perfect in every way! This vacation rental exceeded all of our expectations. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, convenient, and just what we needed for our getaway. The house itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and welcoming style that feels both upscale and homey. You can tell that every single detail was carefully thought out—from the extra towels and cozy throw blankets to the USB outlets right next to the beds (so convenient!).The pool was a total highlight—perfect for cooling off in the Mississippi summer heat. We spent so much time out there, and having the grill made it even better. We enjoyed several evenings cooking and dining outdoors, really taking advantage of the beautiful setting and amenities.The kitchen was fully furnished and ideal for our group of couples—it had everything we needed to cook big meals and enjoy them together. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. We’re already talking about coming back!

• Beautiful and well laid out place for a big family• Easy walk to sandy beach (short drive to swimming area)• Close to many restaurants• Swimming pool and bocce/cornhole offered hours of laid back fun• Pool floats, sand wagon and cooler available (no life jackets)• Elevator available for transporting luggage to second floor• Kitchen had all the necessary tools• On site laundry is very helpful• Gated yard made us feel comfortable, even with random foot traffic down street.• Volleyball net and spacious side grassy yard.We will happily return to this VRBO the next time we are in Biloxi!!• The bed rooms were spacious and comfortable

The cottage was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of outside seating and activity and the heated pool was wonderful. We had everything we needed for preparing meals. Though the elevator was built to be used for carrying equipment, it easily held my elderly mom who required the use of a wheelchair.

The beach house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, clean, with all the amenities possible. The pool area was just perfect for our needs. Comfortable pool chairs, picnic table, gas grill. Overall great property. Super clean, safe location, near many amenities. Would look to book again in the future.

The property was immaculate and well cared for. Everything seemed brand new. Lots of towels, pool towels, and pool floaties. We enjoyed the pool a lot! The location was great to spend the day shopping in Ocean Springs. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that there was a lot of foot traffic on the street walking to and from the gas station and one night a lot of police activity at the gas station on the corner. But the entire property is gated and you must have a code to enter so we did feel safe while we were there.

We had an amazing time exploring Biloxi and the surrounding areas. House was incredible. It was very clean and fit all 7 of us comfortably. The pool and the games were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as expected. Beds were so amazing! Kids loved the pool.

If there was a sixth star, I'd definitely give it! Our beach trip was absolutely fantastic. The house was even better than the pictures. I really liked that the house and the pool were both gated. The downstairs area was a lot of fun for everyone, and the pool was just the right size.

This home and amenities are wonderful! We so enjoyed our stay! The games downstairs were an unexpected touch that the adults and kids loved! The amount of foot traffic around the house is a bit much with a gas station just down on the corner. As long as you keep the gates closed, we felt safe enough. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

This was such a beautiful and clean house. The house was perfect for our girls’ trip getaway. We loved the pool and amount of space for our group of 6!
