We had a couple maintenance issues that were fixed immediately and quick responses from the owners! Location was amazing and less than a 10 min walk to the beach but about a 2 minute drive- parking goes quick but we never had an issue. We would love to stay again!

We loved gathering in the spacious living area, grilling out, and having walking access to the beautiful beach but also really appreciated having the quiet this home provides away from crowds. This home is impeccably clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. The management staff is amazing and attentive! This was our second time staying in this rental and we WILL be back!

Great location, private pool. Nice fenced in back for privacy. Very spacious house with GINORMOUS commercial size fridge. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants etc. Amazing customer service from management company- worked with us through all our little person hiccups.

Beautiful property in a location convenient to the beach (by golf cart / car) with an awesome pool. Despite being a listing for 12 people there wasn’t enough seating for that many people. The bunk beds are in a hallway so not an actual room and the windows in that area do not have window treatments to block out morning light. Some more puzzles or games would have been good to include for kids and adults.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay with only a few things to keep in mind if looking to stay here. First, location is great. Quite area to stay but yet close to all activities and beach. Not a bad walk to beach or ride bikes or rent a golf cart. Only thing to keep in mind is beach access is limited so go set up early. Pool area with grill is great place to hang out and relax. Pool is not big so if you have a bunch of little kids not a lot of room to be jumping in. Great for adults to hang and relax. House was great with large kitchen and living room to hang out and eat. We had 4 adults, 8 young adults and 1 child so plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Only thing to keep in mind is bathrooms 3.5. Downstairs master with one bathroom. 2 upstairs masters share a bathroom. So the 4 bunk beds need to use one of those bathrooms which wasn’t the easiest with 4 young adults. Small children might be easier. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was exactly as pictured. Very clean inside. We called about the pool and they responded promptly! It was about a 10 min walk to the beach. Loved the TV outside. Only thing I would say to improve is to have the grill cleaned each time the property is rented. We had to spend time scrubbing it before we used it. Other than that we were extremely pleased!! Thank you.
