Stayed Jul 6, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Signature Property Management was VERY responsive when I reported issues. The elevator stopped working after one day however, it was resolved the day before we left, which was fine. We only really needed it to unload when we arrived and to move out on the last day and it was fixed then. The community pool had very little pool furniture and about 1/2 of what was there, was VERY broken. It was explained to me that it was the responsibility of the HOA in that community and not Signature Properties. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor that have no doors. We had to hang sheets over the doors for privacy. Lastly, there is no place to hang wet towels or swimwear in the bathrooms. A few hooks go a LONG way and there were only a few at the entrance.For the most part, it was GREAT!!! Just a short walk or ride to the public beach. Also, a beautiful view of a bay area, with a place to watch the sunset. Also, there is an Osprey nest that we watched every day from the deck.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025House was clean and comfortable. Needed some simple things like towel hooks in bathrooms and a couple of big pots. Beach access is definitely not ideal due to busy road but being on the bay side and able to fish was a plus. The elevator was not working when we arrived and we needed it for one of our family members but finally fixed near the end of our stay. Loved the ice maker. Very convenient. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

The house had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and the views on the bay side are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and bring a boat since a boat slip is included!

Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful clean home and centrally located to everything you need: Grocery, restaurants, beach, etc. Management answered questions very quickly. The only things that could be added in my opinion are hangers, bathroom hooks for towels and wet suits and a few more items in the kitchen, such as a big pot if you want to cook at home. Would definitely rent again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Great house for large families! Property was extremely clean, elevator was a plus for getting luggage up instead of having to carry up the stairs. The kids and dads loved the dock for fishing every morning and evening. Location is great, not far from beach access.
