Brand new home less than one mile to Bryson City!

Exactly what we needed. House was impeccable and just as described. Host was quick to answer questions. Sheets and towels were a step above the norm and quite the touch. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. A stones throw from the quaint town of Bryson City.

This was our second year staying here. We came to enjoy the Polar Express on the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. The location is just minutes from downtown with a super easy commute. House is very clean and comfortable. We brought the grandparents along with us and we all had enough space. Hope to make staying here a tradition for the future.

This little house met all our needs and is much cuter than the picture! The split plan was roomy and great as the grandparents had one side and our kids and grands had the other side. Beds were comfortable and roomy, even the bunk beds could easily hold two kids on each bunk. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and a couple of things we forgot, as well! Great linens, towels, and kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and everything you would need to cook. Owner was very responsive and helpful. It is very close to downtown, we came for the Polar Express ride, and it was like 3 minutes to the depot. It is a spot we would definitely use again when in Bryson City.

Our family traveled to Bryson City to experience the Polar Express. This stay was a 10 out of 10! The home is clean, well stocked and perfectly located. Thank you to our host that thought of everything we might need! Highly recommended.

An amazing house that accommodated our mom that uses a walker. House is not listed as handicapped accessable but has wide doorways and hardword floors. There are stairs to the house and we were able to assist her with those.Would stay again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! This place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed (including hotels) Everything is exactly as described and like the photos. Nice big windows, lots of closet space.The beds are super comfy and Nick has great toilet paper! (I always travel with my own, but we didn’t need it.) The location was perfect for our motorcycle vacation. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, (lots of privacy),but just down the hill to the most quaint and adorable downtown area with great restaurants and some really cute shops. THINGS TO NOTE: The driveway is pretty steep. We have a full size pick up so we didn’t have any issues, but if you have a low vehicle it might be difficult to navigate. (see photos)Also, to get to the property, we suggest taking Rector Street to Bennet Hill Street to Franklin. The part of Franklin Street that runs directly off highway 19 is quite narrow and in rough condition. This was a great experience and Nick’s place has all the comforts of home. Being able to curl up in the recliners with a blanket after a long day of riding was a welcome treat. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. (there was no kettle but we always bring a travel kettle so it wasn’t an issue). We’d definitely recommend Nick’s place and would stay here again. Thank you Nick for an awesome vacation!

First of all being in the mountain cleanses your soul, its a soul bathing. Staying at this super clean property, having all the equipment of home, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a view, but within walking distance; we held hands with the children walked half way to town so they could have the experience; they loved it. Our gracious host responded promtly to any questions. Bryson City, the train excursion, tubing down the river, the hikes, seeing families of all ages having wholesome clean fun and to come home to this beautiful property with a fire pit out back made this vacation a dream to remember. We are nonsmokers. We left the property as clean as we found it and only hope that whoever stays here will respect this property and do the same, for a mountain getaway enjoyment of all to come; We will return and stay longer. We had a wonderful time staying here. The Property Manager was extremely responsive to any e-mail inquiries in quick fashion. The home itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and had all the supplies we needed (and had brought with us thinking we'd have to supply them all). Beautiful city with so much to do if you like hiking and kayaking and tubing!

Very nice and new home. Had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect location that is close to downtown, but away from all the hustle and bustle. The driveway is a little steep to get up, but flat next to the house.

This property was the best kept house of any Vrbo we have stayed at. Driveway could be a little challenging for some because of the steep incline, but that’s what you should expect in the mountains. This was our first stay in Bryson City. The Great Smokey Mountain Railway is a must do! Suggestion, when arriving, DO NOT follow GPS and take Franklin Street off of the main highway. I’ve always been adventurous, but that IS NOT a nice welcome to your home.

Place was very nice. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basics. The only problem we had was the driveway. I have a minivan, and the angle of the driveway made it impossible to go up the driveway without scraping the botton of the front of my car each time. There was no other place to park but the driveway so this was not the best. Overall, a great place to stay!

Loved the home. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of amenities. Internet was a little slow. A guide to use the Tv would be helpful. For instance, we couldn’t find local channels. Brochures were helpful. Great little town. Had a great time!

My husband and his 2 sisters and I spent a few days at this wonderfully relaxing house! It was the perfect setting for catching up and eating and napping! Comfortable beds and reclining furniture was perfect..well stocked kitchen!! Nick was extremely easy to reach and answered within a few minutes if needed. This was a delightful place, quiet but yet so close to downtown Bryson City and the Ingles. Loved it!

Driveway was a pain but the rest of the stay was nothing to mention. Enjoyed my time in bryson city.

Such a cute house close to Bryson City.

The property is very easy to get to. The house was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. It was also toasty warm when it was very cold outside and on our last day there we had snow flurries, which is one of the reasons we go to the mountains to see snow.

Everything was very clean and well stocked. Host was great, we had an absolutely beautiful trip. We went on the Smokey Mountain railroad and ate at Pasqualinos in Bryson City.

Everything from booking, checking in, and departing was easy. Nick’s house was thoughtfully stocked with all the supplies my family needed including laundry detergent and toys for kids. The house was perfect for my family giving all 5 of us room to be together and also room to spread out. The house was in a great location that made it easy to access the town and a very short drive to the train. I’d love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this house! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 (myself, my husband and kids aged 5 and 2) and grandparents who went with us. House was very clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed. Location was perfect! Kids enjoyed playing with the few toys that were in the closet. Only issue was I could not figure out how to start the dishwasher, which I’m sure was operator error! I just washed the few dishes we used by hand instead. If we come back to Bryson City, I will definitely stay here again.! Thanks for having us!

The reviews of this property sum up our experience nicely. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Nick was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home is conveniently located near the heart of Bryson City, it was spotless (truly, spotless), it was thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen or laundry room, it is kid friendly, the fire pit area was lovely … I could go on and on. We were in Bryson City for the Polar Express train ride at Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. Some day we hope to return and this is where we’ll stay!

We stayed two nights as part of our Polar Express family winter vacation. This house was perfect! Very close to town but far enough away for privacy. Highly recommend as a family getaway!!

Lamp bulbs and fans could use a good dusting, otherwise the house was immaculately clean...I'm OCD so most people would have never noticed anything! Even the floors under the beds (we had a 5 year old with us so we have to double check everywhere before leaving) were clean! Well stocked, well appointed and had everything we needed other than food and clothing. Nick even provides several blankets throughout the house, which these Floridians took full advantage of during the 20-30 degree nights! Perfect location, quiet mountain setting but still a very short - 5 minute - drive into town. The town was so cute, we can't wait to come back. And, bonus, we don't have to worry about where to stay because we will always stay at Nick's place! The firepit and grill were put to good use while we were there, and were very much enjoyed. We've had a few misses with VRBO in the past but this was definitely not one of them! Everything was seamless as far as check in and check out, everything at the home worked perfectly, linens and the home were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, living room had amply seating and comfy couches. I could go on and on with positives, but everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and checking in was super easy! We appreciated the convenience to downtown Bryson City. The kitchen was well equipped (a colander is the only thing we looked for and couldn’t find!) and I also appreciated that each room had plenty of plug access and mirrors! We stayed with a toddler and he loved the bunk bed (great for being concerned about kiddos falling out as the bottom bed is low to the floor!). Thank you for a great stay! We would love to book this property again on our next trip to Bryson city!

This was our first time using VRBO and I will never stay in a hotel again. This property is like a home away from home. It is well decorated, very clean and stocked with anything you may need. Great out door spaces to hang out. The host was awesome!! Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

We were going to stay at a motel for our 4-night stay in Bryson City. After looking at the cost for rooms I decided to look for a rental property. I found this beautiful, clean house that fit our needs for less than motel rooms. The home was furnished nicely, and we were able to cook wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything in the home is brand new and the outside fire pit was great for sitting around in the evening recalling the ones that got away that day. Kudos to Nick, the host, for sharing this home for all to enjoy what Bryson City has to offer. Hopefully we will return next year and be able to stay here again.

This house was just so perfect for us. The place was perfectly appointed, had everything we needed, clean, comfortable—the beds were great too. We loved it.

Great stay at cabin for two couples riding motorcycles. Large driveway parking for 2 tow vehicles and 2 trailers. Cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet paved road. Town was just the right size.

As shown in the listing, a new house, very clean, and also very quiet but still only a short drive to Bryson City. Whenever we come again, we will try to book this place.

This was a group of 6 adults ( ages18- 67), and everyone was comfortable in the house. Enough privacy , space to spread out and everyone to do their own thing. The house was spotless and smelled clean. The kitchen had everything needed, and was perfect. Nobody thought twice about using the bathrooms- spotless! We certainly enjoyed the firepit and provided chairs every night. Our only - minor issue- was the steep driveway. Not really a problem with an SUV, but perhaps a sedan would be difficult. The owner responded quickly to our request for an extension of stay. Overall the best experience with a vacation rental so far. We will certainly recommend, and return!
