Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just got back from a 4-night stay. It was an overall great experience. Only downside was having to leave Sunday morning. Nice pool and without a doubt a great location as it in middle of anywhere you want to go. You can tell the house inside is relatively new and looked the part. Staff stayed in touch daily to see how stay was going. They were quick to reply back when I sent a text through their text line. When I called, Briana was patient and answered any question I may have had to ask.

Location was excellent,close to beach, shopping and many wonderful restaurants. We cannot say enough about the management company, every text sent received an IMMEDIATE reply. We asked for a new grade for the grill. Immediately they responded and came to check it out. Within an hour we had a brand new grill with new utensils.Great pool for kids and adults but our biggest complaint would be the chairs at the pool. There were only 2 useable loungers all the rest were broken. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

The condo was very spacious and plenty of room for five people. The WiFi worked perfectly all week. Below the condo was a built bar. It was definitely an extra bonus to the condo. We decided to have a shrimp boil and it was a perfect space to eat and entertain fifteen people The complex was very clean and well maintained. The pool and boat dock were a great amenity as well. Overall, the condo was perfect.

Lots of space, privacy for all guests, comfortable beds and beautiful decks. This place was incredible and I would gladly return anytime! We had four couples and kids and there was plenty of room.

Absolutely a GREAT stay

The house is both enormous and gorgeous, with a quality build; the soundproofing was bar-none exquisite, so we did not feel like we were bothering anyone hanging out during non-quiet hours and if there were a lot of people at the pool (which was a great bonus to have), we couldn't hear anything inside. We reserved through Airbnb and will say that the most efficient means on contact is definitely via the text line, so do yourself a favor and use that. Texts were promptly responded to, we felt welcomed and safe, and the Florabama area was a great time with pristine Gulf waters. We'd recommend bringing some additional trash bags and toiletries. Insofar as parking, we were able to park two trucks and an SUV within the house's ports. We're definitely looking at going back and have to say that we'll turn to this rental again for the next year.Last Note: Location was optimal for hitting the beaches and making our way to popular areas.

The location was great and easy to get most places quickly. The management company was very responsive and friendly. It's a newer build so most everything in the home was in good working condition.
