    We were very comfortable with our stay. I didn't realize the bedrooms weren't air conditioned but as long as you close it up during the day and open up the bedroom windows in the evening it is good. It was nice staying in a place so new. Everything was very clean. It's a very short walk to Woolworths and the Warehouse Extra (great store) as well as restaurants. It's about a 40 minute walk to Cathedral Square.

    Not exactly “new” as listed. Neighborhood was somewhat sketchy but Okay. We had to park around the block and walk down the street to get to the house. Washing machine leaked.

    The property manager was very prompt and clear in communication. The property was clean and well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. The only parking available was on street and around the corner. The property was located on a relatively busy street and there was some road noise at night.

    The property was beautiful, very clean and tidy and very central. It had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay thank you! The only downfall was that there is no onsite parking.
