Brand New Home Close to Sequoia /w Tub & Games

Loved the backyard!

Great place to stay. Check in process was easy and smooth, clean and nice house. Good responsive property owner and management team. Near by restaurants and grocery stores. Thank you for let us stay for 2 nights and definitely we will come back again.

Overall Great property to stay at, seems like 2 of the bedrooms were better suited for children for the size of things.

Cozy, great place for family stay!

The home was very comfortable and was spacious so there was room for everyone to spread out. The host was extremely helpful and promptly responded to any questions. The location was near everything we had planned to do while in town.

The owner/manager is very good about communicating through the vdbo app.

This was our third stay at this property. It’s always clean and always comfortable. And it is handy to restaurants and Visalia's lovely downtown. We will be back!

The listing says that it is a new house, it’s not. While the outside is new the inside could use a better cleaning job. I’m not sure when the walls have last been wiped, there was some animal hair in the master bedroom and the soap tray in the shower was very dirty.

Our family was delighted with this property and the location. Everything we needed was available either at the house or in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this home!

Good location to stay for World Ag Expo

Excellent property to visit family. A little loud right next to Walnut and RR tracks though.

Good size house for our family of 6 and good location overall. Would've been nice to have more spoons in the kitchen. Also, there's a train track right behind the house and train goes by quite early in the morning so if you like to sleep in, this is probably not the house for you.

Was really nice place the communication was excellent too nice house clean with everything you will need to enjoy your time there! I recommended 100%

Our youngest daughter got married up in Sequoia National Park on a Saturday so I found a nice home with plenty of rooms and space for the other daughter, son in law and mother in law. This was so much more cost effective than getting hotel rooms for everybody. The property manager had immediate contact when booking and kept in touch when we were a couple of days out from our trip. They stayed in touch through out our stay and made sure we were good but were there for us if we did need anything. They granted us a one hour early check in and that allowed us to travel in between peak traffic times transitioning through L.A. The house was easy to find and easy to access. It smelled freshly cleaned and was laid out very effectively. Sitting outside when we had time would have been great but we arrived in the middle of the first heat wave of summer (107) so inside was very comfortable. The television allowed you to access your aps, Netflix, Amazon etc... to stay entertained. The beds were ok but a little bit on the firm side, the master bath had a nice walk in shower and tub on the side if that is your thing. You were pretty close to the main street and it had a nice downtown walk around vibe to it and lots of choices in places to eat, whether fast food or sit down dining. The trip up to Sequoia was about an hour and a half drive up the mountain and was a very beautiful drive. Checking out was easy, not a lot asked of you by the management team.

Hello We have checked out of the house. We found the house more than Adequate for our stay. It is a lovely home and we appreciated the extras such as hand soap, body wash and shampoo! Overall, it was a nice house and met our needs for sure. Good location for any activities. Like I said, it was overall a really nice house and served us well. Thank you Lynn Kline
