Stayed Apr 2, 2026Great location and amenities!! My family and I had an awesome stay. Bed linens could use a refresh, and my son was disappointed that the pool table was actually air hockey but he survive. Lol. Really was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location and proximity to launch. Host was very easy to communicate with and left a very helpful manual for nearby attractions and info about the stay.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property. We were with a large group who were in several houses in the area. We were surprised to find out the house across the street, with the same owners, is where our immediate family was staying. We didn’t realize they would be so close and it was great. Even though we took everything we needed to cook with, it was nice to see the kitchen stocked with so many spices. It was supplied with adequate pots and pans, utensils and dishes. There were many little extras that I haven’t seen in other homes we have rented. The house is close to River Island State Park which is where we spent most of our days. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024A great rental in Parker, AZ, near Lake Havasu. Very nice, clean, roomy. Real grass for puppies & lots of streaming TV. Quite area.
