Brand New, Heated pool, 50 Steps to Beach, Hot Tub

Great place to stay!

Our stay at the property was nice, there was enough space for a family group of 10 amd plenty of parking. It was easy to prepare and serve meals in the kitchen as it was well stocked with all necessities. The home was well decorated and clean. The availability of beach wagons, chairs and toys made beach outings easy. The public beach access was a few short steps from the driveway and we able to see dolphins from the front porch. Our family also enjoyed games on the ping pong table throughout our trip.There were only a few negatives from our stay. The bbq grill could use a good cleaning, the grease build up caused flare ups, making it difficult to use. Also, in communication with the property manager we were told there would be bikes and a fire pit available for our use on the property, but they had been removed prior to our arrival. The property manger informed me the removal was due to insurance purposes.

I've been renting condos and homes in gulf shores area for decades and this host paid great attention to details in the home that made our stay easy and even more enjoyable. They go above ans beyond with the things they offer their guests in the home. From extra laundry detergent, to an array of ziplock bags and glacier waters in every room and in fridge. This little detail makes the difference to me. Loved the home and will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful home with all needed amenities. Just steps from the beach and a short drive to restaurants/shops. Host was super communicative throughout the stay as well. Overall had a wonderful time staying at this property.

Beautiful property with all the amenities. Steps away from the beach and the private pool was perfect for cooling off from a day in the sun. I joked it was too nice because my friends didn’t want to go out, they just wanted to stay in!

It’s a beautiful home! There are a few things I wasn’t happy about. Some dirty dishes/ pans and utensils that weren’t clean that were in the cabinets ready to be used. We took the couch apart to look for a lost phone and the crumbs inside the couch were disgusting!So that is why I gave them three stars

Property was top notch. Loved the extras like the coffee choices, milkshake bar ( we used it multiple times), personal items, etc. The pool was great, a little warm on day one but after that was perfect. We needed to move some decorative items out of harms way to make it more kid friendly.Would stay again and recommend to others.

The house was everything promised and delivered. One of the best hosts we have experienced. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience Gulf Shores.

My family has stayed at many VRBO rentals in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, but this is the first time our rental was exactly as described. The house was perfect, immaculate, and full of guest details. Bill truly thought of everything.....a well stocked coffee bar, beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas, and even starter washer pods, detergent, and enough tp and paper towels for the week!And to top it off, the house is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. Thank Bill for a truly wonderful week.

This is the most well-appointed rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and everything brand new. Great location across the street from the beach. Owners/property managers communication was excellent. We loved it!

This is a very beautiful, clean, and spacious home. The owner has thought of everything. The pool was very nice. The owner provided many extra necessities. There was even a milkshake machine, which my kids really enjoyed. I highly recommend this property. If we ever come back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as listed. However the owner went above and beyond in all the special amenities. Bath and kitchen were stocked. Easy access to the beach is a big plus. We were a family of 16 with adults and children loving the home making our time together very special. We hope to return one day!
