Brand New Gameday Getaway! Less than 3 miles from Campus.

Such a fantastic property - my family and I were blown away! We were truly impressed by how well designed and thought out everything was. We also really appreciated the attention to detail and that the property came FULLY STOCKED with things like k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, dish/hand soap, condiments in the fridge, & any cooking utensil you could imagine! We enjoyed using the grill and were grateful that all the equipment/utensils needed were provided. Everything was well kept, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was such a pleasure staying at this new build! Matt & David were extremely hospitable and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. It is clear that they really care about their guests! The property is well layed out & designed so it feels really spacious and like a peaceful getaway. We cannot recommend this property enough and will be booking here again in the future! Thank you again, Matt & David!

The house was wonderful and just as described. The kitchen was fully stocked, as well as the bathrooms. Everything was clean and the location is very convenient. The property owners also had a very nice welcome box on the counter when we arrived, which was such a nice surprise. When having to contact the owner with a question, the response was prompt and he was more than happy to help us. We will definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our weekend.

This house was beautiful, bright, spacious, well stocked, new, and very clean!!!! Excellent communication with the host. We loved everything about it. Bright cheery decor, comfortable beds and sheets. Luxurious thick towels in bountiful supply. A high end kitchen with gas stove and oven. The huge master shower is beautiful.

We were in town for the weekend attending an equestrian event at MSU. This house was perfect for our stay, located only a few miles from campus. The neighborhood was easy to find and all the houses are well maintained. The communication from the host was excellent. Directions, access codes and instructions were clear and easy to understand. They were extremely accommodating and responsive.The house was perfect for our stay, very clean and setup well with everything you could want/need already provided. Especially the kitchen, it felt like home to us.Definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the Starkville area.

The cottage was perfect. The layout and flow worked for our family for all staying together ajd for our Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen is well appointed. The tvs were awesome for football. The master bathroom and walking closet was an oasis. . The house was Spotless!

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and comfy and had anything needed. Communicating with the owners was quick and easy. The location was convenient to where we needed to go and will be coming back!

This property has lots of potential. It’s a cute new home with three bedrooms. While the house was clean, there were spider webs in various places in every room in the home. We also experienced spiders, ants, and gnats. Also, be aware (while this is temporary not sure how long) construction on other properties directly across and down the street are in progress. There is also no internet/wifi so you have to prepare for that. The host David was extremely hospitable and pleasant to work with. We had some last minute travel plan changes and David was very accommodating. I would recommend this property but the spiders/insects and spider webs were a true nuisance and that needs to be fixed.
