Flat screen TV (bring your streaming device) and electric fireplace to warm up the living room. Spacious patio with tables & chairs and a privacy panel to separate from next doorunit. Shared common area laundry facilities as well as outdoor kitchen (coming soon); however, there are no personal barbecues available nor are they permitted on decks.
