Brand new charming 2 bedroom Townhouse get away

The house was amazing and comfortable plus it was located in a really quiet area .

The was great at communicating with me. The property was in great condition and allowed me to park in his garage. I always appreciate it when they have kitchen staples available if you need them.

We stayed here while visiting UNT for a college tour for our daughter. Great townhouse. Much better alternative to a hotel.

The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The townhouse was comfortable and clean with close access to stores and restaurants. My only complaint was that it smelled like someone had smoked there recently.

Great location, safe neighborhood and easy parking. Loved the large sofa and also enjoyed having a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser. Master bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. The townhome could use a deep cleaning and communication with owner was difficult. However, it is a nice town home and in a great location.

Everything was great. My children enjoyed themselves!

Great place for a small family to stay when visiting UNT. Very easy check-in process and easy access to North Lakes Park.

Put in the wrong date and he helped us through the process felt so perfect getting there and everything was just so right.

Wanted to spend a quiet weekend relaxing and catching up with friends. Was a great location. Beds weren’t that comfortable, but everything else was perfect. And was fine for the short time we were there.

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. It was super clean and had everything we would need to stay longer if we wanted to. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had what we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and felt safe. The host was helpful and responsive. He even went out of his way to help us with some items left behind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a comfortable place to visit all the amazing sites in the area!

It was a perfect place for our weekend trip!

Property was nice and very easy to check in. Only problem to me was the camera at the top of stairs, I didn’t notice it in the listing but just very odd to have one inside a home that is being rented out, takes away the feeling of having privacy for sure. Also felt like we were in someone’s personal home, not anything bad as far as that goes just again a very odd feeling.

We had UNT visit , great location close to school. Quite neighborhood. The house was very comfortable.

My only complaint is that it was a little noisy, the neighbors were loud. Otherwise, I would visit again

Perfect stay for long weekend visiting our kids in Denton!

But, I felt like I was staying at someone’s house. It wasn’t a generic home like I am used to where I some feel like I have kicked the home owner and kids or for the weekend so I can stay in their place so they can make a little extra income and they stayed over at their significant other’s house.

Great for parents weekend at UNT. Perfect location to reconnect as a family.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and chose this location. The home is in a good area, feels very safe. The home was pretty clean, except some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the kurig had a dirty coffee pod in it, and the shower drained slow. All were minor things. Our big disappointment came on the day of check in when I got a message from Corey saying the house wouldn’t be ready for us because their cleaning people were suddenly out of town. We were counting on the home to get ready for rehearsal dinner. He did give us a refund and we got a hotel so all was well. The house well stocked and almost seemed like someone lives there part time. Overall I would consider staying here again in the future.

The Townhouse was absolutely beautiful inside/out and in a perfect location. We will definitely stay again when we go back for a visit.

The property was extremely clean. Every interaction was done with quickly and professionally. It was great to relax after my nephews. Have the room to sit in the living room like a family at home was fantastic. Everyone loved the location and space. I have family that lives in Denton. Every time we come to visit this will be the option we use. Cannot recommend this enough!
