BRAND new beach house - steps away from the ocean and Lavallette amenities!

The location and house was perfect. They had everything we needed. Loved the nice touch of air fresheners and candles. Great beach and neighborhood for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The sunrise is perfect!

Truly a phenomenal location. Close to everything but tuck away in a quiet little neighborhood. House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids could have easily added a few more adults/kids and still been fine. Joe was a great host explained everything in great detail and was incredibly responsive. We can’t wait to go back

One of the things we liked the most about this location was the closest to the beach. But after the first two days, we were not able to go to Normandy Beach due to work that was being done on the beach so that was a big disappointment and we knew not told this in advance. Also house was lovely and new. floors looked ok but probably only vacuumed not washed regularly. few family members walked barefoot in the house and their feet weren’t dirty they were black. not acceptable

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was perfect for our families! The communication was easy and friendly. Would definitely come back here for another stay!!!

This is a lovely house and includes everything you need for your stay. There are TVs in every room, towels and chairs. The showers were all great. Short walk to the beach and to WaWa and pickleball. Our only problem was the very tight and narrow parking which we struggled with several times every day as we had three cars one of which was a minivan. The owner was responsive to any questions we had.

First, the location was perfect. Few minutes walk to the beach, pickle ball courts, mini golf, and Wawa (groceries). Property manager quickly responded to questions I had before and during stay. Super helpful in planning the trip.House has three floors which allows for individual space. We had 8 people and it never felt crowded. Loved the outdoor decks on second and third floor. House super clean! They had beach chairs for the beach. A favorite was the outdoor shower with hot water . Also nice to have 3 parking spots.Kitchen was fully supplied with everything we need. I love that there were extra garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Only regret was that we did not stay longer!

Property was as described. Close to the beach. The neighborhood was extremely feiendly. The wawa is at the end of the block for lunch and breakfasts. It is also a short walk to a great breakfast spot. Came with beach passes along with being close to other activities. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect for a fun getaway! The host provided us with anything and everything we could think of and the location of the house is perfect! The house is extremely clean and well furnished! We enjoyed the beach even in the rain ,and went down to the seaside boardwalk!

Gorgeous, bright, stylish decor, comfortable furniture and beds, even the pillows! Beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Owners didn't skimp on anything! Everything you would want and need. Felt like home. And we felt valued by the attention to detail. Steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again in a heart beat! Absolutely perfect!

Great house that was recently renovated. Great main area for hanging out with the family. Location was unbeatable. Wawa in one direction for the last second things and the beach in the other directions. Pickleball courts were super convenient as well. Joseph was easy to communicate with and even found a forgotten item and shipped it. Highly recommend

My family and I just stayed at this beautiful home this past weekend. We loved the first floor lay out, the decor, all the tv's and the proximity to the beach. My daughter said it was the best mattress she ever slept in! The weather was uncooperative but we still had a great family weekend! Thanks for sharing your home. I would come back again but with a little sunshine in the forecast!

In town for a HS reunion, it was great to walk to the beach without having to cross a roadway! The beds were really comfortable ( my bad back makes that very important to me!) when we didn’t have our toes in the sand we were lounging on the rooftop deck, beautiful!!!!!!! I only have 2 suggestions for the owners…. Add some softer pillows ( some found them too firm and bothered bad necks) and maybe a patio umbrella on a wheeled stand for the rooftop ( the sun was quite strong up there and we kept having to shift around seats to get out of the sun for a break! Otherwise absolutely beautiful comfortable home!

All around excellent experience. Great location and property. Everything you need to enjoy a stay near the beach with family. Joseph was very responsive and resolved small problem with stove quickly. 3 parking spots was a real plus.

We had a fantastic family reunion at this beautiful beach house! The proximity to a gorgeous beach, pickleball and basketball courts and fun restaurant options made it so enjoyable for all ages. We did plan on using all available beds and were a bit short the first night because the air mattress wasn’t working, but the owner was amazingly responsive and had a new air mattress and sheets delivered within a couple hours!

We just enjoyed a week at this beautiful beach house! Everything was as described and we felt at home. What a great time we had and more wonderful memories were made here at the Jersey shore! Looking forward to renting again next year!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach, the house is very clean and is as pictured. We had a great time grilling, and appreciated the 6 beach passes that were available. The decks were a great place to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time in such a great location. Joseph was great to communicate with and it was extremely clean and modern.

The bright, airy and open layout is perfect for big families to be together for dinners, games and meal prep. Easy and short walk the beach. Everything you need/want is there for you to enjoy. Owner was great to work with and we highly recommend this rental.
