Stayed Sep 13, 2025It was billed as BRAND NEW. That was clearly not true though I believe that yes, improvements were made. There was a small hole in the wall on side of entry door just below indoor steps. There was a strip of flooring missing in front of island that had the sink. Smudges on wall - all this to say it did not look BRAND new. The internet and tv situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Though it said the internet was connected with strong signal - the TV situation was awful. ONLY ONE tv (living room) even had an account for YouTube TV so we could watch LOCAL channels for weather etc. Basically we just watched what we could but every tv had different app availability and if you didn't have your own account for those, you were out of luck. Again living room tv was ready to sign into YouTube TV BUT it was so unreliable, it would just spin and spin and buffer. We had to reset router several times - still disappointing. It was a nice place, however and good location. Not sure if we would stay there again as it was VERY expensive for what we got.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Absolutely stunning property. The space was perfect for 9 people and the accessibility to the beach was amazing! 10/10 recommend. We were able to walk to multiple locations (food, stores, etc). The host are amazing people too. Communication was great. We have no complaints!

Stayed May 15, 2025We all loved it. Communication with the owners was so efficient. They answered all our questions. It was cozy and convenient. Our only complaint was out of their control. The hotel next door is being renovated. The fire alarm went off for hours first thing in the morning. The Reno won’t last forever- so we didn’t care. Just sleep deprived but mainly for having the best time there.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The property is newly renovated and is very clean; everything was exactly as shown in the listing. The location is perfect with beach access mere feet from the unit. I appreciate that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, which is the first time I have ever been able to say this about any property.
