Stayed Jul 27, 2024Property really does not comfortably sleep 10. Living room only seats 5 and not comfortably. Kitchen is good. Dining room could use 2 more chairs. Too many stairs for 70+ yr. olds (we were aware it is 3 stories but many stairs to each level).AC not adequate in 3rd floor and very cold in lower levels

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Great location; especially for teenagers who want to explore and shop on their own. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Getting to the beach was a breeze and it was nice have the crosswalk with a light for crossing. Our only complaint was communication with the owners but I think that was the fault of VRBO.
