Nice, clean, updated and roomy

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and dishes. Definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Thanks for such a great experience!

Donna responded quickly to all questions from me in the rental phase. The property was very clean and everything worked except one TV remote. All it needed was batteries. Donna told us where the spares were, problem fixed. The only problem I had was with the VRBO app. You can't receive or give phone numbers with your host. The app translates any number to xxx-xxx-xxxx and forces you keep sending VRBO messages. It also translated the time in my exit message to Donna and deleted my next sentence. That's really bad.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful home with so much space and great for our group of 14. Our only suggestion is to communicate in the listing of the limited paper products. For 2 days we only had 1 roll of paper towels and 4 trash bags, and for 14 people we ran through that the first night. Other than that we had a fabulous time!!

Wonderful. Everything about this home is really top notch. It was clean, well laid out for a group our size. The Hot Tub was perfect. Everyone had a great time here.

Beautiful home with lots of space. It seems like this house goes on forever. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for each family. The house came fully stocked with everything we needed and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home is beautiful all the way around.

We were there for a family get together with 7 adults, 3 toddlers, 1 dog.Pros:*Host was very responsive *House was perfect size for our group *Kitchen well-stocked *Plenty of parking *Good views of woods *Good wildlife viewing (we saw fox, deer, birds, fireflies, raccoon (tracks)) *Location within 30 minutes of all our activities *Great bathrooms – well located, spacious, hand soap provided at every sink *Great outdoor decks including grill and LARGE table that fit all of us.Cons:*Noise level inside the home – all sound (TV, kids) echoed throughout the living area and into the bedrooms *Bunk room does not have secondary egress and the upper bunks have no safety railings *No fenced yard for the kids and dog *Stairs to various levels were steep and slippery *Low water pressure in upper bathroom *High bathroom counters (only a problem because we had 4-year olds)

Secluded location (view of lake from one bedroom). Enjoyed the modern, spacious house and furnishings. Host was great.

This was a wonderful spot for our family to reunite! We are placed all over Texas and having the space, amenities, and great place for the kiddos was wonderful!

“Wow wow wow” is what you heard when everyone arrived. “This place is amazing” “they thought of everything”….from the new appliances and the comfortable bedding and outside seating areas and porches big enough to sit us all…to the new grill… and how spacious it all was. 2 living areas so teens could hang out in one and adults in other. The hot tub was so nice and the swing on enclosed porch. The couches sooo nice. I could go on and on!! Donna was so nice and accommodating!! We will be returning for another grad in Dec!! Can’t wait!

We stayed here for a basketball tournament with a couple other families. This place is perfect! The adults enjoyed the spacious upstairs and the girls relaxed downstairs on the huge couch and outdoor screened in porch. Beautiful home!

We had the BEST time and Donna was quick to answer any questions and assist! It’s a gorgeous spacious home with so many cozy places!!! Will be back for another trip!

Trip to this area with family to see our grandson, a student at University of Arkansas and a friend who lives in Fayetteville. The house was amazing and had lots of room for everyone to hang out in. The property owner was awesome to work with. She responded to text quickly. The weather wasn’t the best, had lots of wind but still found plenty of entertainment nearby. The only thing that was a 4 star was the winding roads to the location. It was a little scary at night. I am sure this is a perfect location during the summer with the lake so close. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Kitchen has plenty of room for food prep. Very cozy and quiet.

Close to family who lived in the area. The house was beautiful and had lots of space to spread out. The stairs were steep, so it was not too conducive for us seniors except on the main floor. The weather did not cooperate for being outdoors or using the hot tub, but we had a great time being together.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and matched the description. We loved everything about the house. The down stairs living/bunk area was perfect for the kids. It was the perfect house for our families to come together for an early thanksgiving and Razorback football game! We would definitely stay here again.

Our son got engaged and this house was PERFECT for our family and friends to celebrate the precious couple. Lots of room for babies to be away once it was time for bed. Clean and beautiful home! Wish we had found it before his senior year at Arkansas!

What a wonderful find on VBRO. This is a beautiful, NEW, build. It is three stories and you walk in on the second level where you find a two story great room with a wood burning fireplace, open concept kitchen and a dining table that easily sits 10 people. Also on this level is the master bedroom and on suite, laundry and 1/2 bath. There is a beautiful deck with an outdoor eating space, again that seats 12 and grill. Top floor has two bedrooms with a connecting bath and a large landing that doubles as an office. Downstairs on the bottom level is another large bedroom and additional bunk room that sleeps six and a full bath. Also on this level is a large family room with wonderful seating to snuggle in for family movie time. Outside is a screened in porch with seating, a swinging day bed and a hot tub.. This house will easily sleep 14 people without feeling cramp. You will enjoy the drive through the countryside but are only about 15 minutes from two nice grocery stores. This home is centrally located with in 20-25 minutes from University of Arkansas, War Eagle, Crystal Bridges, and other attractions. It is located just across the street from the houses that are on lake view homes. Because this area of the state is heavily wooded you can't always see the lake. This property will easily park 3-4 cars on the property. It is very clean and the home owners are wonderful to work with and communicate well to their renters.

We had a wonderful stay visiting my U of Ark daughter. I needed a house that was big enough for our family and our needs as her grandparents, uncle and cousin were joining us as well. Everyone was impressed right when we parked and walked in the door - the house is nestled in the trees and feels like a retreat. The photos online are already beautiful, and the home itself was even better! We grilled burgers and ate a few meals in the home since my daughter was missing home cooking - the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the home was perfect for us - my kids and their cousins slept in the bottom floor with its own hang-out area. My parents, with their limited mobility were able to stay on the main floor and not have to climb any stairs. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you Donna for providing such a gorgeous space!

PROS We had a great time and the home is lovely with the outdoor patio and large table and downstairs screen in porch were great spots to hang out. CONS *This is NOT a lakeside home as advertised, the lake is near but sadly not lakeside or even a view of the lake. *The open concept kitchen and living room is really nice however the TV above the mantel is small where everyone gathers. *Missing TV remote for master bedroom *No TV's in the upstairs bedrooms *Towels in the basement bathroom were all sour smelling

We had a great experience it was just like the listing it was plenty of room for my family and was a quiet little neighborhood the only 2 minor inconvenience was there were still dishes in the dishwasher and there was no dish soap to do dishes

The property was exactly as described. Our family enjoyed their stay at this beautiful home. Large bedrooms and adequate bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen made our stay great. The large wrap around deck was amazing for evening meals. Communication with the owner was always quick.

We enjoyed the home so much. Very clean, well stocked and convenient to several different places we wanted to visit. (About 30 minutes to every attraction we planned.) The screened in porch is an absolute gem and although you're in a neighborhood, the wooded area at the back of the house made it feel like a secluded retreat!

My friends and I stayed at this property to be close to Beaver Lake. We had plenty of parking for our vehicles and pontoon boat/trailer. The only issue we had was using the door code to check in, but Donna fixed this issue right away. The house is so beautiful and had plenty of space for us (we had 12 in our party). We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! This was a beautiful home! Affordable luxury! Spacious! The HOT TUB was amazing! The wall of windows made for a beautiful view of nature!!! The grill on the deck was very nice, we grilled steaks for 8. We had plenty of seating in the living room, in the downstairs living space, at the dinning table and the deck table! Not too far from town, yet far enough! We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!! We loved this home!!! The kitchen had every appliance one could think of! We had plenty of room to park 4 vehicles and possibly one more. The deck swing was a great place to read! We had plenty of space for 4 adult couples and our 2 grandkids. With room for 4 more kids. The grandkids loved the downstairs bunk room!
