Welcome to our brand new (SEPTEMBER 2023), thoughtfully curated Key Colony Beach canal front home! Each side of the duplex is identical in layout. Each side has 3 bedrooms (master with king, other two bedrooms with queen) with 3 full bathrooms and a pull out sleeping sofa, 8 people total.
Each side has its own private pool, 50 foot dock, and access to the Cabana Club (a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach; an easy walk or bike ride – parking is available)!
>You can rent both sides of the duplex with a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, and can sleep up to 16. Perfect for a family reunion!

Sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed, 2 queen beds. You also have a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. 8 total.

You can rent both 2 story units for a total of 20 occupants and both one story units for an extra 16 occupants, this gives you a total of 36 occupants, while occupying all FOUR UNITS.

This Key Colony Beach Paradise is a private and spacious (1622 Sq Ft of AC per unit) vacation rental that is perfect for small intimate gatherings, or large families alike.
This property is located in the Island Village of Key Colony Beach. It is within walking distance to the beaches, various fine dining restaurants, a post office, 9-hole golf course, tennis facilities, and a well-stocked world class charter boat fleet.
This home is SMOKE-FREE (no exceptions!).
The open concept kitchen allows free access to communicate and associate with guests in the dining room, and those in the OVER-SIZED living room.
The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the sun deck, pool, BBQ area, and the water (canal).

The living room is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, and allows you to enjoy the company of family and guests, as well as high speed internet throughout – perfect for remote work or streaming content. The Master Bedroom also has a TV in the room.

The outdoor includes a large covered deck, a sun deck, a large heated pool (heater provided at additional cost), with a BBQ.

The property is located on the water with a 50 Foot wide concrete private dock available for the sole use of the tenant includes fish cleaning table and 30 AMP electric connection.
The property includes a bait freezer. A 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This house includes a deep water boat dock able to accommodate large vessels with a fish cleaning table, water and power on dock.

    It was all great, from check in to checkOut. Property wasLike new, great stay. would be nice if you didn’t have to pay extra for parking boat trailer. But overall I will stay again.

    Upon driving down the day of check-in property manager sent emails explaining no trailer parking was allowed on property and several other rules that should have been clearly explained on the website or weeks before day of check-in. Also sent papers via E-sign that I had to fill out while trying to drive Down the day of check-in. 1. Couldn’t park trailer on property.2. Location of the house is very inconvenient and sometimes hard to pull out of the driveway due to intersection and heavy traffic.3. The metal fence separating the two duplexes gives you zero privacy from the other guest staying next-door.4. no drapes or vertical blinds on back sliding glass door 6:30 in the morning sun is beaming you in the face and heats up the living room so if you have guest sleeping on the pullout couch, they will get sunburned.4. Why the duplex is new very clean and accommodates three families very well. The location is very noisy due to the heavy traffic all day all night.

    Great place as a central spot in the keys. Loved the whole Key Colony Beach atmosphere and family thoroughly enjoyed activities in the area. Would’ve given the place 5 stars if just a few things with the house were better. We definitely could have used some kind of shades/curtains for the main sliding glass doors facing the pool and canal (for evening privacy and morning relief from sun) and the dishes, utensils, pots and pans were the most limited I’ve ever encountered in a rental. But overall the place was very clean and comfortable and has potential to be perfect with a few upgrades.

    Everything was as advertised for the most part and they very clean up-to-date property. We enjoyed using the pool and the dock for the boat access was easy and convenient. I would say for anybody looking to stay I recommend bringing your own pool towels cuz there are only a few towels for the pool..

    We had a great time as always in the Keyes. The house is brand new and very well designed. My only suggestion is for back window/door blind or curtain and a fan in the living room. The dock space is perfect and so is the proximity to the Gulf or the Atlantic...

    We have stayed at the house next door with the same host during previous trips to Key Colony Beach and have always enjoyed the experience. But the houses are now for sale and that helped explain the lack of information that we received before this trip, even though I had reached out multiple times requesting information. I ended up having to call the host right before we arrived because I hadn’t received any information on accessing the house. Upon arrival there were no keys in the lockbox like there was supposed to be and we couldn’t get in touch with the host, but the house was unlocked. The host did reach out later and had the cleaning crew drop off a key.
